I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were able to come out on this hot 4th of July holiday and repair my AC. Mike took my last minute phone call and squeezed me into the schedule for the day. Daniel showed up as scheduled, was super friendly, quickly identified the issue and resolved it, while also providing tips for future maintenance. Both were consummate professionals and provided exceptional customer service. Bill Anderson Air can’t be recommended enough.
We have used Bill Anderson Air for many years and have always had exceptional service. The entire experience, from calling the office, the professional employees and the work have been great! They have always been on time, offered honest repair suggestions and done great work! The are dependable and I always feel good about the work done. We will continue to use and highly recommend them.

Over the years, Bill Anderson Air has been my goto for anything and everything HVAC related. Most recently I had a frozen AC Coil that was giving me trouble and causing water to leak into the overflow pan. I reached out to the team over at Bill Anderson Air and they were able to set me up with an appointment to get it looked at despite their schedule being completely packed with the warmer months approaching. After confirming the issue, to my surprise they were able to obtain and replace the entire AC Coil all within a matter of a few hours on the same day. I only have high praises for the entire team over at Bill Anderson Air, from the folks managing the phones, to the technicians that come out to look at the HVAC system, to the great group of gentlemen that completed the repair within a very short amount of time. Throughout the entire process, they answered every single question of mine and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Without any hesitation, I will continue to highly recommend Bill Anderson Air for any HVAC related work, as they are a family-owned business that is highly knowledgeable, very experienced, and customer focused.
From the very beginning, Bill Anderson Air was amazing. This is a family-owned company which goes to show how committed they are to their jobs! Some friends recommended them to us and we were not disappointed. Starting with scheduling, they very quickly added us to the list to diagnose our issue. I’m a person who asks lots and lots of questions and they answered them all thoroughly. They replaced our air conditioner the following day and within hours we were up and running again. Their price was cheaper when I compared with other companies. They also provided a longer warranty period. From the moment I called them, I was treated with kindness and respect. Overall, this company is great at what they do and I would definitely recommend them for any job large or small.
After having a few contractors out to quote a new AC coil, each of whom seemed less competent than the previous, I finally called bill anderson on recommendation from a neighbor. They were prompt, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Their price was a bit higher in cost than my other three quotes but it was well worth the piece of mind knowing they were working on the right unit and not wasting my time after I’d had tons of back and forth with other companies. I’ve had a new coil up and running for weeks now and it’s working great and it appears the job was well done. I honestly won’t use anyone but them for my hvac work going forward. Highly recommend.
I’ve been using our AC company for years until the owner passed away. I was referred to Bill Anderson air recently, and really feel like I found a new AC company that I could use from now on. They’re honest they communicate well and the pricing is fair.
About 18 months ago, we purchased a 14 year old home that was not properly maintained. Consequently we contracted with Bill Anderson multiple times (preventative maintenance, replaced thermostats and filter housing, post electrical outage surge damage, and a leaking coil). With each service call - they were on time, finished the work on time, cost what they said, and were patient and polite. Nice, family run business. If you want predictability from knowledgeable technicians - choose Bill Anderson.
Hey neighbors! I just wanted to share a recommendation for an air conditioning and heating company… Bill Anderson Air! They recently installed a whole home air filtration system and the results have been fantastic! Our dust levels are way, way down and they checked all of the vents and ducts for us. We had an outside vent that was sucking in humid air for a 1/2 hour out of every hour causing our house to be much more humid than it should be. Since they visited, our house has held a lower rate of humidity. They were fast, friendly, and gave us the best rate out of several companies that gave us estimates. Check them out as we head into the hot summer season!
Update on 3/31/23 : About a year after my old review, Bill Anderson just put in a new Lennox A/C and did a terrific job, arrived punctually and the cost was very reasonable, would definitely recommend! My old review: Bill Anderson saved me money. My Lennox A/C had a bad fan motor. The first company I called said no point fixing it, and suggested replacing the entire A/C for big bucks. But Bill Anderson replaced the fan motor with original Lennox replacement fan and the A/C actually became colder than before and the cost was excellent value. So Bill Anderson saved me from having to replace the entire A/C for almost 20 times as much cost!
There is a reason these guys have so many great reviews - they earn it. Being a family owned business, they do business the old fashioned way. My hvac was the original system, 25 yrs old. Got a quote for a complete new system before summer gets here..., didn't try to push any particular brand - would install whatever I wanted. Set up the appointment time/date, came in , replaced the coil, plenum, outside condensing unit, all with new Lennox equipment, done in 3 hours. All at a very competitive price. Thanks!
I've been using Bill Anderson Air for years now. They are a friendly, family owned company that prioritizes great customer service. At this point, I won't go anywhere else.
We elected to use Bill Anderson Air on both of our 4 ton Lennox units after a review from our neighbor next door. We were super pleased to hear that the team had parts on hand to do the job as soon as we were ready. Mike was really patient with us as we worked through the costs and we were really pleased with the final price considering the new government efficiency requirements put us in a higher SEER bracket than we thought we'd be. I was doubly impressed by the install team - they sent a full 2 teams to do the install and because of that they were done in under 4 hours with 2 A/C's, coils, condensers and heaters. They even patched up our ductwork (which another vendor wanted to charge us $2000 for) and left the attic in better shape than it was when they arrived. In my research I couldn't find anyone with lower prices on Lennox or comparable brands (like Goodman, Daikin, American standard) so I was really pleased that I didn't have to sacrifice service quality for the lower price. All in all a great outfit - definitely highly recommended for HVAC replacement.
I had problems with my AC not cooling, called another company (local). They came out and assessed the problem, the technician informed me that coil needed to be replaced and due to the shipping container crisis I would have to wait approximately six (6) months for the part to arrive. I called Bill Anderson Air, they sent a technician the same day and came back out the next day with the part needed to fix my AC. They got my AC running and did it for $200.00 less than the what the previous AC company had quoted me. I highly recommend Bill Anderson Air! Jose Gomez Katy, TX
BAA is probably the best A/C company I've used so far. Very responsive and knowledgeable. The person that came initially to diagnose the heating issue was really proficient and knew what he was doing. Unlike other techs would poke around trying to fix the problem by "trial & error". All the appointments were on time. Price is fair. Service is great. I hope they can keep up with the quality, service while staying competitively in price. Wonderful family owned business (they are truly a family owned business).
Both of our units suddenly went out and we needed help ASAP. My husband called Bill Anderson Air per a neighbor recommendation and we could not be more satisfied with how timely they responded and were able to get both units up and running again.
