Michael & his crew did an outstanding job replacing my hvac system. Called for a checkup months later, Cintron was quick and knowledgeable of the system. Verified everything was running smoothly. Friendly people and awesome experience. Thanks air tech! Called back because of a noise the outside condenser was making a humming noise. Michael Liu came out, checked atic unit, and inspected the whole equipment in and out. Michael Liu is very knowledgeable of his trade.
Great service and great product. Joseph was very professional and explained all our options. Response time was unbelievable. The came within a couple of hours and put a complete system in the same day. Very clean and polite. I have never had an a/c company that was as good as this one. I highly recommend them.

Manuel Villalobos arrived early, which was great. He performed a very thoriugh inspection, and quickly diagnosed the immediate problem. He also made recommendations for replacing my 15 year.old system. He fully answered all questions.
Jeremy came out and did a yearly maintenance on my unit. He was on time, professional and went over the diagnostic finds. I feel Air tech of Katy is a honest and professional company. Their employees have always been top notch.
Had a new AC installed. Damn quick (same day) and quality work effort. Safe clean polite. Three weeks later I smell refrigerant in the house. Have called for service work 4 times. And all four times they didn't show in the time allocated. And all four times I had to reschedule. I even pay for the warranty extra. I'm regretting my decision to use this company since it was bought out. It used to be called absolute comfort air. Now I can't use the words that I want to call it. Upfront work is top notch. Warranty and service work is a PITA. They didnt value this customers time. It took five times before they showed up on schedule. And thays with a four hour window. Perhaps I'm being to harsh, as it is the hot part of the year.
Edgar was quick while tuning up and changing my air filters on both units, and he was quiet since my kids were sleeping in. He was pleasant and professional. I’d recommend Air Tech to those that need it.
Very punctual and courteous technician. Knowledgeable and explained everything he did on the job. Even offered to wear shoes covers without being asked, always a plus.
Hector Solgado went above and beyond to fix my AC issue today. He was courteous, knowledgeable, attentive and fixed the both my drain issue and compressor issue. He is the best AC Tech I’ve had work on our units in the whole time we’ve been living in this house (14 years). He is a credit to himself and to your company. Thank you Hector.

Joseph came by to check out my ac system as one was leaking from the overflow pan. He found that the drains were connected in a location he was not able to reach and advised I should call a plumber. I did just that and appreciate josephs honestly and professionalism and will give air tech a call again for any heat or ac issues I may have. Thank you!
Efrim was able to troubleshoot the problem and get the unit working which was greatly appreciated since the company sent out by the home warranty company were terrible. He warned that unit may fail and gave quotes to replace entire system. Great financing deals now but would like and estimate on just replacing the outside unit
The initial call requesting AC support was amazing. We appreciated the kind and empathetic person on the other end and were pleasantly surprised that they could have someone out here that afternoon. Efrim Jefferson, the service rep who came to our house, was professional, knowledgeable, direct and personable.

Manuel, my technician, replaced my capacitor for a little over $300, and was professional, efficient, and actually early. My three stars is because I was subjected to a high pressure upsell after the work, proposing a completely new furnace. Air Tech used to be Absolute Comfort, who never try to upsell me.
Technician Joseph Leach came out for service during this heatwave and did an excellent job. My drip line was clogged from a recent roof installation and he had everything running right as rain in no time. Air tech’s subscription keeps my system running without worrying about trip fees, and the discount for service beyond maintenance is highly appreciated.
