I signed up for Bart's annual maintenance program. Very pleased. My technician Robert did a thorough job of looking over both my systems. Fully explained everything. I recommend them for sure
Barts was extremely responsive, and communicated really well through the whole experience. They arrived on time, provide a way to track the location of the technician and we're very reasonably priced.
Bart’s has always taken good care of us. Today we had Brandon come out to clear the primary overflow and he was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.
As in the past the technician was knowledgeable and professional. Great service from request to project completion. I will use them again as I have several times in the past. Brandon was great. Thanks for prompt and great service.

Great ac repair service. A true ac repair person came to my house in north tx and did not act like a commissioned sales person.

Great company. I was taken advantage of by a competitor of theirs and Bart's was able to fit me in last minute on a Friday. They verified the problem and quoted me the price to repair it. The repair was done and my system was back up and running. I highly recommend them. The technicians were very honest and professional.
Very thorough explanation and had all possible scenarios. Ended up being just a capacitor but appreciated the upfront explanation of all the possible problems
