Guyette came out to fix my a/c unit. Put wrong size fan motor in my unit. Would not work properly. Refused to come out and see what the problem was. Had a reputable a/c repair company order right size fan motor. Guyette charged me $752.00. And he would not make their mistake right. Told them I had another unit for upstairs that was out. But I know they did not have time to look at it that day. Thank goodness they did not have time. They should at least refund money for wrong motor. Have used them for years but never again.
Great service. Prompt and personable staff. Gary Lujan was very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this company to everyone.
Had a home warranty repair done with another company. Had to call them out to fix condenser unit they replaced to no avail. Contacted home warranty they sent Guyette out for second pair of eyes on this issue within minutes found that the other company wired it wrong and caused a fuse to blow they fixed everything. Made sure to run the unit on all settings. Have zero negative feedback everyone was great, professional, knowledgeable, and timely.

Not sure if Troy is still working for them, but beware if he is! He's a psycho. There's a few screws missing that's for sure. He's already been banned from entering the base because he tried stealing someone's dog. Do not trust him! No you may not have done work for me, but others need to know what kind of people you employ. He's not one to be trusted in anyone's home. I mean if he's willing to steal someone's dog from their yard on government property who knows what he'd do. Oh and one more thing...he assaulted a former co worker at his last place of employment.
The employees are friendly, not sure if they know what they’re doing. The owner is very rude! I file a claim with my home warranty and they come out and can’t figure the problem out. As they are trying to figure out the downstairs unit they cut my sensor wires to the upstairs. I called to tell the owner and he said that’s not his problem and to file another claim. So I file another claim, suppose to come out the next day. I get a call from one of the employees saying they are on the way. Five mins later the owner calls and said he’s not certified to work on my carrier units. So why the hell we’re out at my plane to began with!! Do not use this company!
Called Guyette with AC problems. They came out the same day and found the problem with the AC in 5 minutes. Repair took around 30 minutes. The repairmen were both professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again.
Company was sent out by my home warranty. After one technician supposedly fixed my AC after finding one issue he left without ensuring it was indeed fixed. More than 5 hours later the temperature began to increase again so I called to have them recalled to complete the job and Russell called me. I told him the issue and he stated that he already knows what was done, when I proceeded to tell him that it did not fix the issue he rudely interrupted me stating that it takes one hour to decrease the temperature one degree in this heat and that I haven’t given it long enough. When I finally got him to hear me say that it had never cooled down and was beginning to get warmer he tried to get me to go outside to check wires and attempted to tell me what they should be until I flat out refused and told him that I would not do a job that they were paid to do he just stated that they “would try to make it out tomorrow and hung up”. The entire call was infuriating as he acted like I was ignorant, unreasonable, and that he wasn’t responsible for following through with the repair that they were contacted to complete.
He was scheduled to come out Friday between 11-3 through my home warranty company. I spoke with him on Thursday and explained what I thought was wrong. He was pompous that I thought I knew why my heat was out. When I explained that I had a friend from a heating company (from Okla) come to take a look just to try to help, he still thought it was preposterous that I knew anything about heating units and scolded me that I would even think of turning on my heat when it was below 25 degrees. He did not show up as he said he would between 11-3 and never called me to say he wouldn't be here, so I called him at 3:50 and he informed me he would not be coming out until Monday because he thought the road conditions were bad. They are not bad at all... I see cars driving by constantly and the highway is totally clear of any snow or ice...I should know because I drove here on them! I have been without heat since Monday. He was rude, snotty and had no intentions of coming out. I drove from Oklahoma to be here today in this cold house and he had the audacity to cancel on me. I informed my home warranty that I would not have him in my home or to be trusted that he would do his job correctly and scheduled a new technician that was more than happy to take my business. Being rude and hateful gets you know where, especially when word of mouth is your bread and butter as a business.
Called on coldest Saturday of the year and heater was blowing cool. Guy couldn't of acted any less interested in coming out. Never call them again. If you don't have access to parts then don't say open 24hours. Called another 24 hour service and came out and fixed it right away.
Damaged my home and then did not back their work when their fix failed. Find another HVAC company when you need service.
Ray is one of the rudest people I have ever met. He hung up on my husband and myself multiple times. Worst service I have ever received. They came to fix our heater, was unable to do so and told us that he didn't have time for this and he had other appointments and left. Worst company ever.
Quick, friendly and knowledgeable
Lazy and rude. Refused to go in the attic and assess the ac problem because it was too hot. Sat in a chair. Asked them to leave.
Ray was rude and hateful and couldn't give a time and hung up on my husband Bad review before we even set a time to come out.

Very Impressed with Guyette - Russell and Brandon were super knowledgeable and very helpful. I called Russell after getting a quote almost 2x times as much from another AC company for a simple repair (the other company just wanted to sell me a whole new unit). Next time I will be calling Guyette AC first!
Great guys, fast and excellent work, reasonable prices. These guys did a great job fixing and replacing my air conditioner
