Although I did not get to use there service due to a high valium of calls. They did recomend me to another company that could help me faster. I had my A/C repaired in a matter of hours. I greatly appreciate a company who cares about there customers enough to send them to someone else instead af asking th he customer to wait. Thank you for all your help. I would recomend Ridgewood Air for there Customer service.
Superior service and integrity. Thomas showed me why old system was failing. Installed new AC system. Quality of work clean, neat and correct. He was on site and on time. A true professional with integrity and knowledge. I wouldn’t use any one else for my AC needs.
I’m in Apartment property manager Ridge Wood company has always been on time. Always answers my questions. He shows you exactly what is wrong. He explains the situation and he let you know ahead of time before he does the work how much it would be for approval They are amazing. His work is amazing. They have never failed us. I recommend him highly!!!
House was hot when arrived home after 5pm, they answered on and arrived quickly. The diagnostics was meticulous. The explanation of the problem and repair necessary was very clear. System was repaired and we are cool now!
Called to book our spring AC check up and the woman who answered the phone was very courteous and friendly and worked with our schedule. Our technician showed up right on time, did a thorough job and let us know what he was doing every step of the way. He was very professional and friendly and gave us some helpful suggestions. We will definitely call on them again, should the need arise. Highly recommend.
Just bought a house that we knew had an old AC. Thomas is a real professional after dealing with other companies he helped us figure it out with great proposals for options. They are high tech and have a high bar for integrity. Once we decided he got it done the same week in one day of hard work installing the attic and outdoor units with his team. House was cool by 7:30 pm. And a great future seasonal service plan as part of the deal. Confidence and Trust is peace of mind. We totally recommend Ridgewood AC/Heating.

I will definitely will be referring my friends and family to use Ridgewood Air Conditioning. They were able to get my heater working in a flash! They do such a great job when they come out to Sun Valley Apartments also. So for residential and commercial Ridgewood is definitely recommend!
Excellent customer service, timely service and was thorough in his services. Our AC was malfunctioning and he figured out the problem promptly and repaired it so that I came home to a nice cold home. Absolutely recommend!

We just used Ridgewood today after our AC broke down on Saturday evening. The response was quick. Fairly priced, and professionally fixed. Not only is the AC fixed but it’s immediately colder than before! We are very satisfied and will be using this company for all future maintenance needs.

Our ac monitor wouldn’t turn on & wasn’t blowing air. It was already late, like 6ish soI put in an appointment for the next day. Not even 15 minutes later I got a call asking if we wanted them to come now since they were located in Ingleside & we were too. . Within 20 minutes they were there & fixed it all for us. Will definitely use them again!
Thomas showed up on Sunday and diagnosed and fixed my cooling problem excellent timing and had parts with him would recommend

The tech from Ridgewood Ac and Heating called to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the time I had agreed upon. He patiently listened to me describe the problem I was having with my air conditioner, asked a couple of questions then worked to fix it. In time the house was pleasently cooled down and not muggy. I wholeheartedly recommend Ridgewood AC and Heating. 😃
