This is the only A/C company that I have used since moving to Huffman more than 28 years ago and will continue to do so because I don't think that there is any other company that can even come close to the excellent customer service that every member of the company has shone me. Thank you Craig your team is truly top-notch.
Discovered my A/C was not cooling at Spring start up, Craig came promptly and determined the Evaporator coil had ruptured. Within a few days a crew came out, replaced the coil and modified piping to make it more maintenance friendly. They cleaned up to include sweeping the stairs they used. To say this company is top notch is an understatement, deserves better than 5 stars
Great longtime local business! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly on-time! Both of our a/c units went out in the middle of summer - not fun! They were able to replace our units within a couple of days. Impressive!! Craig, the owner, does what he says and says what he does. He’s hard working, positive and honest. They will be our go-to as long as we are both in the area!
We have used Ainsworth Cooling and Heating for over 20 years. This is our second unit as the first American Standard AC lasted for 22 years. Craig has been a professional from the very first time we met and continues to give us honest good service. We highly recommend this company.
This is a top notch HVAC company. Very knowledgeable technicians and very competitive pricing.
Made appt and took off work. They called and rescheduled for following day. They never showed or followed up with phone call. All of this in heat of summer with no home cooling. Still waiting on them to call. Chose other local service that completed work day of cancelation.

The owner was nice and very friendly and knowledge knew the problem with the AC in about 1 minute. He was done in about one hour of fixing our AC with a year warranty. Will use him again when it is time replace our 16 17 year old AC unit.
Craig came by as promised and thoroughly evaluated my A/C system. He took the time to explain what he was looking at any why. He was able to find some problems and repair my particular old system. AC quit working today at 2:30, called Ainsworth Heating and Cooling. Repairman was at my home within 1 hour and fixed the AC quickly and has the house cooling off again. Dependable, prompt and courteous as always. Love these guys.
