Very pleased with Prestige! Would highly recommend! After calling another well known AC company and being told that the whole unit needed to be replaced and a two week wait, we decided for a second opinion. Prestige made a quick repair and cleaned the unit. In less than an hour, the AC was running again. With the temperatures hitting the 100s, Prestige really saved the day for us.
Trent, Shannon and crew are absolutely awesome!! Our old unit went out at the beginning of summer 2023 and these guys and their company came over to evaluate the situation, give me a quote and give me a quick time frame to get our house back to normal. These guys and their crew set up the total change out of our AC and attic Furnace for a busy morning on my end full of “ to-do’s”. They had the whole job professionally done, cleaned up and onto the rest of their day before noon!! To say we are very pleased and totally recommend Trent, Shannon and Prestige AC/ Heating is a understatement!! Honest, Fair, Professional and very understanding of how busy customers can be 😁 on a day off. 5/5 for these guys, their crew, quality of work and a honest and fair price!!

They provided prompt, courteous, and quality service at an excellent value. I can definitely say they go above and beyond. Shannon and his assistant were both friendly and honest. That means everything in today’s world. I highly recommend them. I live at Lake Kickapoo and there were no added charges like other service providers. My son referred me to Prestige Heating and Air Conditioning after he had his A/C system replaced under a home warranty a few years ago. We have used Prestige ever since. When our A/C unit died with the 100 plus degree heat this summer, Shannon let us use a portable unit until he was able to procure the make and model that we wanted. When the unit arrived, Shannon, Trent and crew showed up on time, removed the old unit from the attic and the outside unit, and installed a new A/C unit and furnace in under 4 hours, then cleaned up and hauled off the old equipment. Prestige provides professional and honest service and I will only use them for my heating and A/C needs.
These are THE BEST guys to help you. I've been without AC for months but Shannon went above and beyond to get my AC on. I swear there's no one better. It seems there's a big lack of professionalism and pride in a lot of service industry businesses in town....but with Prestige... well they are the GOLD STANDARD.

Highly recommend Shannon and his team. They installed a new HVAC system for us and there was a manufacturer problem. We live approx 40 miles from town so getting repairs/installations can be somewhat of a challenge. But Prestige stayed on top of it, consulting with the manufacture and ultimately resolving the issue. I appreciate Shannon’s extra effort (and drive time) to stand by his word and get everything running correctly.

Prestige did a great job! My AC went out while on vacation, leaving my oldest teenager in a hot house by herself. I called Prestige after being reminded of knowing one of the owners. Trent was able to help out right away, he came to my house within minutes of my call and assessed the situation. Was able to get my entire AC/Heating system replaced within days. Very professional and nice. Thank you so much for being my lifesaver while on vacation. I will recommend them to any and everyone. My AC unit looks great and works so much better! Saving me money!

Prestige heating and A/C is top notch! Had a different company lined to to upgrade our complete ac system, yet he no called/no showed. I got in contact with Prestige and he was out the very next day, replacing both attic and outside units. I know the wife and kids are happy to have ac back in the house. Previously used prestige in winter when my system wouldn't come on. Speedy and timely service. Had me up and running in no time. And also at very affordable pricing. Came back to them recently to get new system installed. Great Communication letting me know where everything stood and when would be on the job. Installed new system with completely redoing my duct work in record time. System is running great. Couldn't be happier. They will be my go to for all my HVAC needs!! Can't recommend enough!
Shannon and his team provided a excellent service for the installation of a new AC compressor, HVAC system, ducts and vents, added attic insulation, and thermostat. The communication was great and the pricing was reasonable and fair. I would recommend anyone using Prestige Heating and Air Conditioning for any of your central heat and air needs. I cannot say enough about Shannon and his company; They were Great!

There are many HVAC companies out there, and claim to be able to get the job done! Prestige is actually the one that the does what they say, not only did they come on short notice several times but they also traced and fixed the problem caused by the last "AC Guy" but did it quickly, efficiently, and saved us $$$. From this point forward, Prestige is the only one that I will use and recommend! A+++

Shannon is very professional and friendly. We have used him a few times for maintenance/repairs and today he replaced our heating system and AC system. Very punctual, reliable, and does great work! I would recommend this company to anyone who would like personalized service that doesn’t make you feel like a number (like all the big businesses)
