Was having problems with my air conditioner not turning over. Called Jim this morning not realizing it was a holiday and he came in a few hours later and fixed the problem right away. Having elderly parents in the house and summer staring not having ac could have lead to greater problems! I'm glad he was able to come by had help us out. Help local business and they will help you! You can't get this kind of service from large corporations.

Holy cow , air conditioning went out on a Friday night . Saturday , called the major air people , nothing till Monday but when I called Jim and told him how hot it was in the house he called me back right away even though it was about three thirty .Then he came over and he fixed the unit and had a reasonable price for the repair .He was my hero. Such a good man ! Very rare in repair men. I am keeping this card and recommending him for sure.
Jim is the real deal. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He legitimately cares about his customers. He takes the time to explain any questions or interests you have and his pricing is very fair. I have had Jim service my AC a couple times over the years and he is now my number one choice for anything HVAC related.

Had No idea what was wrong with my AC, and I called Jim. He asked me a few questions and said it was most likely the condenser but he would be out around 2PM and diagnosed and repair my AC. He arrived 2 1/2 hours earlier and I wasn't home. He called me and said that it was indeed the condenser and was replacing it. I got home about 25 minutes later. The repair was completed. He showed me the bad condenser, and areas that needed work in the future (not immediate) but to make serive call within a few month to keep the system from breaking down. Now came the payment....it was extremely reasonable! Same Day, Expert Service, and Extremely Friendly! Definitely has a customer for life! Thanks Jim!

Came out quickly. Did a temporary repair to get us through the week. Kept in constant communication. Once the rainy weather relented, arrived on time to finish the final, permanent installation. Provided pictures of everything, including all the gauge data. Explained everything. Will definitely use again!

Jim is a honest guy and tells you a bunch of information that’s going to just help you maintain your system. 10/10 as a new home owner it can be a bit much but he ensured to point me and my family in the right direction.
Jim answered the call quickly and jumped right in and made sure my 84 year old father was staying cool while he went to find a new condenser unit. First initial call to completion was done within 24 hours with professionalism and beyond. He has taken care of our equipment and us for years now. I will always highly recommend him.
A/C failed on Sunday. Total system replacement completed within 24 hours! Also brought everything up to current code.
So one of my two AC units was not cooling. So I called Jim never having used him in the past. It was on a Sunday, Jim's day off, yet he still made every effort to drive to Galveston to take a look at things. Within a few minute of checking the outside condenser unit, he found the issue. Once that was corrected, he checked the other unit and performed the rest of the maintenance. I really appreciate Jim's dedication to showing up on a Sunday, his thoroughness, his great knowledge of AC systems and the tools used to diagnose my issues. If you need someone to work on your system and provide good service as well as pricing (hopefully not on a Sunday) please do yourself a favor and give Jim a call. Very highly recommended and 5 stars aren't given very often. Thanks!!!
