Technician Rocky customer service skills were outstanding! He wasn't rushing me when I had questions and was very thorough in his explanations about what needed to be done. He was also very good about providing money-saving options. You can tell he really cares about providing excellent service!
My AC went completely out on a very hot day. I called Lenox Heating And Cooling in the early morning and they were able to schedule a same day visit to inspect and fix my AC. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will definitely use them again when needed.
I just had a new Heating and AC system installed by another contractor, but I couldn't get them to finish up the work (cold air returns, startup the AC, etc.) I finally turned to Lenox Heating And Cooling. Alex came on a Saturday and immediately got my AC up and running. He also scheduled me for the rest of the work. He was professional and explained everything as he went along. I will continue to use Lenox for all my HVAC needs. I only wish I had started with them for my original installation.
I highly recommend Lenox Heating And Cooling. Air went out late Saturday night. They came out the next morning and repaired it. Very friendly, professional and not over priced. Five stars!
Was able to get a new furnace and air conditioner for our house and with all rebates and savings on energy consumption that Lenox Heating And Cooling made available to me, I'm actually saving money each month and I have brand new equipment. Very easy to deal with. Highly recommend them!

We had a difficult problem to diagnose and repair. Lenox Heating And Cooling took whatever steps were necessary to isolate the problem and bring an excellent result. It was difficult dealing without our system during this time of the year but the end result is the work was done right and with a great attitude of helping their customer. Great, quick and affordable service. Ted helped us out and was very knowledgeable, kind, and got the job done with ease. Even though he had fixed the issue, he ran multiple other tests to make sure our furnace was in good working order. Definitely recommend Lenox Heating And Cooling.
