Very inexperienced tech came out and diagnosed problem as Freon leak and supposedly added some to unit. Recommended replacing coils in unit for over $4,000 or new unit for over $7,000. Had another company come out and unit was fixed for less than $150… corroded contact wire …. This company will also try to sell you water filtration systems.. very unscrupulous company… I don’t know how they fit such a high rating…. I will obviously not ever use them again.

Matt Ruelas was very helpful and rapid in identifying the problem with our water filtration system and even went and corrected imperfections left from William back system was installed, there fore I appreciate Matt’s honesty and making those corrections.

Very professional yet personable employees. The company's training shows through their employees. They cost may be higher but is worth every penny. My water filtration system was a perfect install and they followed up by phone and a visit to make sure it was working correctly. Just an awesome job and experience with this company. I wanted to know about a water filtration system for my house, so we got an appt. With Jack Lee. He did an amazing job showing us the horrible water we were consuming. He was very professional and well versed in the system and was able to answer all our questions. He went above and beyond to make my 82 yr. Old dad feel comfortable about purchasing the system, and my dad is a hard sale. Jack truly went above and beyond to make sure my dad was satisfied with all the answers to his questions and the terms of the sale. Thank you J-Flo for hiring someone who is realiable, informative, and with integrity.He did a great job, and Jack was there with my dad thru the whole process, just to make him feel safe. Want to start by thanking Matt for his knowledge in regards to our water softener. He not only retested our water to have a starting point, but he also spent the time to talk me through what he was changing and why. Water Softner and alkaline system drinking water was installed quickly and efficiently. My family enjoys taking baths with soft water and having extra clean drinking water.
