Pedro was very professional, and gave us all the details of what was going on with my air conditioner.
They were quick....in and out....a bit pricey...but so far...I'm satisfied

The technician was great. The dispatch was horrible. Had to wait 2 days before tech was sent to my home. It was 9pm by the time tech arrived.

I want to say thank you to Balde and his team at My Repair Center. He was so quick to show up and have parts on his vehicle to be able to make the repair to our washer. He also not only explained in detail what was repaired, but also gave recommendations to prolong the life of our appliances. Balde is an amazing representation of the company. I also want to say thank you to their Coordinator Jessica who was able to schedule same day service for repair. We are so happy to get back to our laundry(Said no one ever/you know you're old when)🤣😂🤣 Thanks again to the amazing teamwork that went into this quick response.
Been waiting hours and hours for someone to come check my non functioning AC I only bought a year ago and I keep getting blown off!

I was afraid that i was going to pay a lot of money but Pedro was so nice and explained my options and I was very happy with everything they did and for the price as well. I also asked questions about more things and he answered all my questions. They were very friendly and professional as well as on timing i didn't have to wait long for them to respond and to get here either. Im very happy with the service all around and will be calling them back when i need them again. Plus i will refer them to my family and friends. Thank you 😊
