I’m an Hvac technician and I took a big risk. I stopped by and met the owners son because I had a client that needed a relay. I offered him 20 bucks for it and he said 15 is fine. Glad I stopped by and asked.
Advanced installed AC in my new home 11 years ago. They have done my annual service every years since install. Could not be happier with their service. Performed my annual service today, great job, very professional and good value Thanks

This is the worst company you can get to service your A/C work. I mean do not get this company. From management to their employees it is horrible. You will regret it if you get them to service your home. BE WARNED!
My warranty also contacted them to loom at my ac unit. Never came, never called. Nothing. So unorganized. Horrible company. Stay away.
This company was contracted by my warranty company to do maintenance and repair on my A/C units. They never showed contacted me to schedule an appointment and when they contacted the warranty company, it was only to tell them that it would be 4 more days before they could he us.
They are very professional, right on time , I would recommend them to everyone I know! Keep up the good work ,you guys are awesome wonderful business!
Operator takes forever to answer phone. They are always backed up. 2 days for service when requested. Then I placed a claim with insurance and she claims she doesn't have time to contact insurance to refuse claim and advise it is a 911 service claim so my insurance company can request another company. "She has too many other things to do" was her response. Very poor professionalism. This is my second time trying to use this company. Never again. Will advise my insurance company about using your company again.

Absolutely horrible experience. Please do not do business with them. We went through our home warranty and they were charging for extras that was not needed to a tune of $500. Asked for an itemized list and was given it to verbally but was requesting it to be emailed to me, as a consumer I am entitled to this. The Secretary/office manager was rude and apparently uneducated and lacking in customer skills to understand what I was requesting and was a gullible customer. Completely dishonest and crooked!!! Save your time and effort and do not do business with them. They are there to rip off hard working people!!!!
