Wanted a total new hvac system due to age of our current one (31 years old, condenser 15 years old) and knew we were running on borrowed time for the unit. Jeff came out gave us a thorough and quick estimate that was 5K less than a big name company. I gave them the go ahead and the next day they were out and completed the install by 5pm. I have nothing but good things to say - Sandy is great! She always does her best to answer questions and provide solutions for any problems which arise. Philip was quick to arrive after our initial request for services. He was very personable and patient with our children as they questioned what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem and gave us the quote for a repair - after we agreed on the proposal he left and returned with a window unit to keep us cool while we awaited the parts for replacement. On the day of the repair, the men who arrived were very polite and got right to work - when damage to our property occurred, they came to us to admit the mistake and made sure it was repaired before they left that day. Will def call them in the future!

We were told our bill would be $600 after 1 hour of work. We agreed after discussing the price of service and the new hard start we needed. We were also getting new thermostats (the Honeywell T4). These thermostats are $40 on Amazon. They charged us $540 for two. I'm not kidding. I've never left a review before but our final bill was $1,500. It was fraudulent.

I called for the AC maintenance today because my AC was not working. We called the AC people around 5:15 pm and the guy came after like 20 minutes. He went to check everything was cool but he was gone to the roof for a long time. When my husband went to check he was chillin’ around in the car. We said nothing and asked for the bill and it included $445 and the time for he arrive was 5:10. I told him that we didnot even called your company at that time and he got nervous and started changing the bill. Too disappointed on the service. Never calling for service over here again in my life.

On Wednesday, October 21, 2021. R & R installers removed my old HVAC and installed new ones. The installers were exceptional in getting the project complete from start to finished. I have worked with R & R Air Conditioning since the companies inception in 1995. When my AC broke last night they were able to come out and fix it right away at my earliest convenience. They responded fast and were so much more affordable than any of the other places I called. Both the lady I scheduled the apointment with and the tech were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The repair and diagnostics took less than an hour and was very affordable! I can't say enough great things about R&R. I had a poorly installed Geothermal system at my new house I moved into. They came in and gave me a full assessment to make some changes to may the system more efficient. RR installed the efficiency the new updates to my Geothermal system on 12/31. The next month my bill was 30% less. They did great work and are very responsive.

Our A/C went out late last night and temps got up to 80 degrees inside the house. I called after 8pm and they picked up immediately and offered to send someone out last night if necessary. I declined but they sent Felipe Puente out first thing this morning. He found the problem quickly and was able to get the system cooling less than an hour after showing up. We were only charged for the 2 parts he had to replace, the service call, and 1 hour of labor. Total cost was way less than we expected, and Felipe went above and beyond and even cleaned off our return duct grates while he was here. Service was outstanding from start to finish and we'll definitely call R&R first anytime we have an issue!

I received quotes for a new hvsc system from 3 other purveyors. Then I called R&R who had installed a system for a relative. The quote I received from R&R was thousands of dollars less expensive and was for a better system. When I called for a free estimate I did not have to contend with the nonsense from the other purveyors about a $75 to $100 charge to evaluate the situation and spend time telling them I did not need an evaluation, I needed a quote. Although I was initially concerned about the adage you get what you pay for and if it seems too good to be true, it probably is, I contracted with R&R. They were professional and efficient and very hard workers, having to be in the attic all day on a hot day, dismantling the old system and installing the new one. They followed up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied. I generally don't recommend anything to anyone, but in the case of R&R my advice is to get the other quotes first and then call R&R. I think you will be glad you did.

Just had one of my units replaced. Felipe Puente, the lead installer for R & R is very professional and did everything he said he would. He even went the extra mile and came back after I bought a Wi-Fi Thermostat to work with my new system and installed it for me at no charge. This company really cares and wants satisfied customers. I am a satisfied customer now and will call them when I need service and when it's time to replace my other unit.
