Duog from Logan Heating & Air was fantastic. He quickly replied to my request and accommodated the job the very next day with a competitive quote. The work was even a bit more complicated that initially imagined and he completed the work without any hidden fees.
Outstanding evaluation and estimate procedure. Installation was clean and efficient with friendly and helpful installers. Equipment is quiet and operation has been flawless.
Duog and his partner were prompt, well versed in HVAC and their prices were extremely fair. This is on a Saturday and they came after business hours. Thank you so much for the excellent work and saving me from roasting in 100 degree heat. I highly recommend Logan Heating & Air.

Paid $200 for membership fee which is supposed to stop the $200 service fee. Scheduled an appointment and no one showed or called Had to call back twice to get someone to show up. When the tech arrives to "diagnose" my system he tells us that he doesn't know what's wrong but in order to test for leaks he wants $400-$500 to attach a leak test and leave it and come back. I thought the whole point in coming out was to test the system. We had a guy previously from another company test the system and discovered a leak using his equipment but this guy uses a spray bottle and then said he couldn't find a leak. When we challenged the cost, he made a call and then said they could do the test for $375 and that none of the cost of the test would apply to the cost of the repair. We ended up getting the repair done by another company even though we paid $200 for a membership with this company. Total rip off I would not recommend this company. They get two stars because their phone service reps were very polite on the phone.
I did not use this company. This rating is based off of my initial phone conversation with a rep. I called & asked how much to blow out the condensate line for the AC. They wouldn't give me any kind of pricing whatsoever. Said they have to go on-site first. Why not at least tell me what it would cost if that's all it is, and add their disclaimers saying it could be more $ if additional work is required? Doesn't make me feel like I can trust a company that's basically asking for a blank check.
These guys were awesome. They came in and explained what they were going to do. Afterward, they came in and set up a new thermostat and then showed me how to use it. They then check the filters and vents. Then they said goodbye and I walked out with them.
Getting our old AC unit replaced by Robert and his trustworthy team made us aware what a difference a meticulously installed AC should look like: even all the connecting wires, pipes etc. sealed off perfectly - not a trace of cold air escaping! Paired with AeroSeal we'll have a maximum cooling effect in this hot desert climate, no doubt! Thanks for a job well done!
I cannot thank the Team at Logan Heating & Air Enough for the fast and professional service. At 10:30 after arriving home to find no heat on a night when it was to get to the single digits we were very relieved to have the team show up fast, fix our problem within 15 minutes and be out the door. Thank you so much. Anyone who needs something in the HVAC Field would be doing a disservice to themselves to go anywhere other than Logan.
From the start I had an excellent experience with Logan Heating & Air. Bob explained all of my options and helped me pick the right system for my home for a very reasonable price. On the day it was to be installed, Bob and crew showed up on time, they were courteous and professional and worked as a team to complete the installation of a new HVAC system in my home. Once done, they cleaned up and showed me how to program the new thermostat. Very happy with my experience with Logan Heating & Air!
Doug & Dallas did a wonderful job replacing our furnace and thermostat. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Our salesman Jeff was also impressive. Logan installed our A/C in 2013 and we're still satisfied with their responsiveness & quality.
Bob did an excellent job in servicing both of our fireplaces. Not only did he pay attention to the cleaning, but painted the inside of the fireplace at the first signs of rust. Very efficient service, I would recommend Bob for home servicing.
Bob was a great professional and prompt. He arrived within a few hours after my call when my heating and cooling system stopped working. He found the issue and restored it quickly. He expounded all my pricing options and they were quite reasonable. I highly recommend and will refer more clients to them.
Bob was a great technician. I showed him my issue and he went right to work troubleshooting the issues and cleaning up. He quickly identified the root cause and began resolving it. IMy A/C units were inspected and serviced. He then walked me through everything that was done, and why it was done. I have used Logan Heating & Air on several occasions and have yet to be disappointed.
I was very impressed with the service I received.Very pleasant, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. They spent their time explaining to me how my unit works. Will definitely recommend.
