Carl was very professional and friendly hard worker took the time to show me how to use the new thermostat also how to change the filter. I would recommend this company
We haven't had AC for almost 2 years. Called multiple companies, only 2 came out. They both said I'd have to pay over $7k for a whole new unit. Scottie came out and saw that the outside unit was wired wrong. He had us up and running in less then 15 minutes, with a decent price. Can finally get rid of these window units now. Thank you
This review is less timely than I would have liked, due to scheduled travel. I had AC failure about 3 weeks ago, and had to delay repairs for a couple of days. During the work, Manuel C. & Domingo S. needed to pause to get a part some distance away, which they did. The work took the entire day, but they saw it through, and finished before leaving. I really appreciate their professionalism and persistence, as well as the great work they did. Thanks, guys!
Jose is very personable and a great guy. Amazingly thorough. I needed major work done. There was no pressure, they presented several options. I would definitely call them again.
I was quite surprised that he said he wanted to take time to just look at my whole system. He found the issue quick and fixed it without being pushy to replace everything.

My son-in-law's AC broke yesterday. He called this company at 10am. Was told that dispatch would call him with a time for a technician to repair thr unit that day. They never called back. My daughter called another company that was out and had the unit repaired within 3 hours of her phone call. It's a shame that this company is not as reaponsive.
I called Elmer's and they were professional. Kept me updated on the technician's arrival. The technician arrived as planned. He was extremely professional. He also showed me photos of all of the elements and parts he used. Scottie provided options and he was extremely professional. I will call them again! I am highly satisfied and would recommend the company.
My ac stopped cooling so I heard a ad on the radio for this company and decided to give them a try. I went through the online process and scheduled my appointment. About 20 minutes later I received a text message saying that they needed more information. I provided the information thinking that they needed to know exactly what they needed to bring to fix my issue. I was very rudely informed that they are NOT going to come look at my AC unit because they have “members” that they take care of. Long story short DO NOT use this company. They are trash and they only want you to “join” their membership monthly billing or they are not going to come look at your AC. Horrible company leaving people burning up in their homes because they don’t want to be billed monthly for a membership fee.

Scottie was our tech. So courteous and professional. He took photos of all the areas and walked me through each one step by step, explained my repair options, and then completed the work that day! 5 🌟
Jake was very early and got right to work diagnosing the issues. Although the estimate was way greater than what I thought, he spoke with a rep that discussed how to help meet my budget. Not only was I satisfied, but I will have them back out to take care of the rest in August as well as they will be my first pick for next summers new HVAC system install.

Eliud and Omar ( Dogos ) two great guys. Hard workers they were both very professional and very informative on the unit and on the task they were doing. Two young men who make a great team together. Two employees that any good company would love to have working for them . To the management team at Elmer's take care of these two young men they are an asset to any company, so treat these two young men right and take care of them and reward them with great raises and acknowledgement of their good and hard work . I can only say Train people well enough so they can leave , treat them well enough so they don't want to leave .
