Emanuel, the on call service technician was very professional. I appreciate the full explanation and picture he showed me of the existing problem. Assured me it would be repaired asap.

From initial consultation with Robert to the installation crew the Zapata’s, this has been a great experience. I own a small construction company here in Frisco and I can tell you this is the company you want to work with.
We have used Crawford for years both initial A/C install and maintenance. Even during this current hellishly hot weather we were able to get same day service. The technician, Nathan, was outstanding: professional, personable and pleasant.
June 26, Lost cooling upstairs, Crawford send out Armando. I've had service from Armando before and he's done a great job in the past and he did another great job this time found the leak it's in a coil and has to be replaced. I would not trade jobs with Armando He puts up with a lot of heat everyday and I don't know how he does it. Armando did a great job quick and to the point, found the issue quickly, very respectful. June 6, 2023 Crawford continues to provide excellent service quick and efficiently and I couldn't speak enough about the gentleman who showed up today he was quick he was thorough and he missed the rain. That's all I cared about was him being safe. I got good service from Crawford and always have. 12-6-2022 Jeff Pittman just finished my heat/ac maintenance for the coming winter. All systems go for launch. Jeff was quick and thorough. 9/10/22 Just called in a request for service the 9-9-22 and today had Richard show up. Very prompt and was very courteous. After explaining what was wrong he had the solution within minutes, just enough refrigerant to make it work but is noticeable. He added about a pound of refrigerant and afterwards I confirmed the fix was definitely the answer. Richard packed his stuff up and I signed off on the work and he was off. I picked Crawford Electric to do business with. Now if they could only get their techs to understand the contract I had is a special one and only a handful of techs know about it. I paid a lot for the "parts plus" contract and a previous tech didn't recognize it even when I showed it to him, so he left without performing his repair. I had to wait another day for some other repair tech to do the job and it only took 10 minutes to check the unit out. Try and get repairs done during the weekdays because there is no way to get ahold of management on weekends. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Floyd was here the first maintenance visit
The Crawford Technician arrived at my house on time and immediately got to work assessing the cooling issue I had. He quickly identified the problem. While it required a circuit board to be ordered, he was able to bypass the issue short term until the part comes in and he returns to switch it out. Cooling system working as it should when he left. His explanation of the issue was clear and professional.
He was amazing! He figured out the issue that 2 other companies couldn’t figure out. Saved me 14k on a new until but understanding the electrical. He was thorough. Polite and knowledgeable. A real asset to your company. Thank you. I signed up for your maintenance plan!
We are extremely pleased with the installation performed by Manuel and Jose. They were professional in every facet throughout and finishing in a timely manner. The new system is quiet and has made the temperature uniform throughout the home.
Service was exceptional. AC was initially installed a week prior and had a faulty TXU value. Misael, Nathan and team from Crawford went above and beyond to try to fix the issue on the same day but lacking the part, they could not. Crawford came the day after to have a bypass valve installed, until the part arrived for replacement. Overall project was completed soon after. Good care and thought went into the placement of the new unit inside the attic, workmanship was great. Technically excellent and courteous Crawford personnel answered all questions, provided all relevant documentation for tax filing. Slight concern with a new Lennox system slipping through the Lennox QC process with a broken TXU. Lennox heat pump initial quality is great. Lennox smart thermostat is not.
Our technician Shakir was Fantastic. Arrived early, carefully put on fresh booties and went to work. Diagnosed software issue, and applied fix. Tested system for a good 45 minutes to make sure all was perfect. Explained the issue and headed out. Very satisfied.
Great service as always. All techs are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Determined that Primary drain for HVAC unit was clogged and cleared it immediately. AC is nice and icy!
Well my initial experience was not great but the service manager and staff came back out the next day to ensure everything that went wrong was redone correctly. I really appreciate the time Shawn and Fernando did to recover from a job done incorrectly and I will definitely all them back and planning to buy 2 units from them in the near future
Had Crawford come out to give us quote to replace one of our HVAC units. The technician messed with the wiring and now ac is not running at all. When we called him out on it, he told us to call our regular HVAC maintenance company to come out to fix it. Is this a joke? We have heat advisory in Dallas for the next couple days and thanks to him, 1 of our ACs is blowing hot air. It’s gone from 74 to 81 in the 2 hours since he was here. Unacceptable. I can’t believe Costco partners with this company! They also prices the replacement at $17k for a 3 ton unit which is significantly higher than 2 other hvac companies’ quote. Will not use them and I strongly suggest anyone reading not to let them touch your system. The only reason Costco partners with them is they get kick back. There is absolutely no discount/benefits to members.
They were able to fit me into their busy schedule when my AC was not cooling during a very hot weather spell.
Crawford sent me an estimated arrival time and a photo of my tech Fernando. He was right on time, was nice to my dog Charlie. Checked out the inside and outside ac unit, cleaned the outside unit. He explained the condition of our old unit and said it was all working with in specs. Fernando advised us to be prepared for replacement because the type of refrigerant our old unit requires is no longer manufactured and is extremely difficult to obtain. If refrigerant ever leaks out, replacement may be the only option.
Jesus was great. He was very nice and professional and clearly explained everything and our A/C has never worked better.
