I have used Bon Air Services for more than 25 years. I have had many different people come to my house over the years. They are on time, very professional, courteous, and neat.
We were really in a bind and they hooked us right up. Very professional yet humanitarian. Rare gem. Highly, highly recommend this place.

Unbelievably, I received same day service after calling after 1 in the afternoon! The technician thoroughly explained the problem and solutions and he gave me tips to help me take better care of my unit. The tech was very friendly and professional. This is the 2nd time I've used Bon Air and will continue use them in the future!
Been using them for several years. They are quick to respond. Respectful and courteous all around, from when you make the call to the techs that come to check the unit!
Excellent service! Our Ac went out on the hottest day of summer, it being a holiday weekend no one would come out and take a look. We contacted Bon Air, they were super friendly got a technician to come out super quick! manager even went out of his way to get the broken part out to the technician for a fast service. Will be definitely using them again and will be referring everyone to them!
Very racist & rude. Contacted the company regarding the tech. He said we don’t work for you people we work for your realtor company take the complainant up with them. All because the tech was asked if the ac would continue to work after he finished due to him shutting it off as well as it being 103 degrees.

We had a great experience with Bon Air. From the minute John walked in our house to give us an estimate it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He was an A/C guy not a "salesmen". We trusted him immediately and after a couple of other unnecessary quotes we purchased a new Lennox system from John and Bon Air. The installation team was great as well. Eric and Kyle were friendly and knowledgeable as was the whole team. I wish I had got all of their names because they were great. We are very happy with our new system and highly recommend Bon Air. 6/27/23 We had Bon Air install a new line for our condensation pump and just like the last time everything was great. The crew was polite and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Bon Air for any HVAC work that you might need.

I can't speak highly enough about Hector and Bon Air. Friday afternoon in the middle of June, our AC blower motor went out. Spent all evening trying to find the replacement part and the next morning running all over the metroplex looking for a place to help us. We eventually made it to Bon Air, and Hector went way above and beyond to locate the part. He and his manager made it possible to get the correct blower motor on a Saturday when most businesses wouldn't be available until Monday. Now we can fix the AC issue, and my pregnant wife won't be miserable in the heat, all thanks to Hector and Bon Air. I know all of my future business will be with Bon Air.
Hector truly went above and beyond to find a blower motor for us! Calling multiple stores and driving out, ON A SATURDAY, to get us the part we needed. Will 100% recommend this company in the future. Hopefully we don't need them anytime soon, but if we do, we will certainly use them! Customers for life.

Went to troubleshoot why the unit was not working. The technician found a leak at the evaporator core and said it needs replacement. Two other companies said they couldn’t find the leak and the pump needed replacement. Saved us a lot of money and will have the parts replaced. Thank you Ashton.
Have not really done anything yet but verify what I told them was wrong, but seemed very professional and friendly.
Worked me in quickly and fixed it quickly. Justin was friendly and professional and explained everything thoroughly. Bon Air has always done me right and provided great service and value.
