William and his team gave me good advice about the brand and the size of the unit. He responded very quick when I had questions and he was very busy but scheduled me asap to install the unit in my house. He did it very well in time with a good price and good quality. I did diagnostic on my AC, turns out I had some minor problems that were taken care of by the technician . Everything works much better now

Superior service by Will and Air Aces of DFW! Contacted them on a Tuesday evening and they were at my house installing the new system on Thursday morning. Outstanding pricing as well. Got a top of the line American Standard unit for thousands of dollars less than what was quoted by a big DFW A/C company. Highly recommend and will definitely use again for all my HVAC needs!
Called to schedule service. They were rude, not helpful at all and hung up the phone. The poor communication and customer service skills, most likely, reflects their poor work ethic.
Answered our call on a Friday evening around 6:30...showed up within an hour...fixed our A.C. William is very nice and personable and fixed our AC unit in an efficient and timely manner. Life saver!

I had a very pleasant experience with Air Aces of DFW. My unit went out in the evening and it got quite hot. I called William at 8:30 a.m. and he scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. After very quickly diagnosing the problem, he promptly and economically fixed it. He was also very friendly and professional. What more could you ask for?
Quick to respond. Thorough. The issue resolved within a day on a Sunday. I will be a regular customer for maintenance.

They installed 2 complete systems in our home. Great customer service; the owner was honest and easy to work with. They installed a new outside and indoor unit for my mom. The price could not be beat! It was really affordable and my mother lives on a tight budget. Her cooling and heating bill went down by $200 a month. Thanks a million for your great prices and excellent service!
Vet prices were the major factor I went with these guys, but I'd hire them again just for their customer service and attention to detail. They didn't make we wait forever for the install and came back immediately when I had a service call (even though it wasn't their fault). Definitely get a quote from these guys!
Their pricing can't be beat! The larger, more well-known companies charge a lot because they get away with it. You only pay for what you need when you go with Air Aces!
