These guys rock! 100⁰+ on a Sunday. The tech arrived in less than an hour, and had my AC going again in less than an hour after that. The fee was very reasonable, especially given the circumstances. I'll definitely call them for my future HVAC needs!
Jim is the absolute best! I have used his company 2x and it was always very forward, no hidden costs. He does fabulous work and I recommend him above any other HVAC.Thank you Jim!
Jim and his team met and exceeded our expectations. We called around 10:45 am when we noticed the AC was not cooling. Jim had a team member at our home around noon to access and see if it could be fixed at that point or if parts were needed. AC unit was back up and cooling by 12:15 with new part installed. Many thanks to Jim and his team! Will recommend and use their services again!

A BIG Thank You to Chris! He is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and clearly knows what he is doing! He even took the time to school me on my system and explained how it works. He did a thorough job of testing my installation steps and verified my work. Then he evac’ed the system and charged it!! I am Highly recommending Jim’s Heating and Air!!!! PS. Our fan froze up on our air conditioner 3pm on a Thursday afternoon. I was sure I wouldn't find anyone to come to our home in Gatesville. On a chance we called Jim's heating and air. Not only did they come that day but within 30 minutes! They were fast and very professional and got our ac working perfectly. The cherry on the top was they charged us a very reasonable fee for their work! Will definitely call them for all our account needs and highly recommend them. Thank you Jim's heating and Air!!!
