My AC/Heater unit was nearly 23 years old and needed to be replaced soon, as it was starting to have issues. I was very nervous about making a big purchase of a new AC and heating unit. With the high cost nowadays to replace the unit, I wanted to make sure I hire the right company. I received bids from 4 companies. Three companies were Goodman dealers, as I wanted to stay with the same brand. 7K Mechanical was close to the lowest bid, but it was their professionalism that stood out above everyone else that I decided to go with them. They answered every question I had and gave me the information I needed to do additional research on the models they were requesting I needed. They were very prompt on their start time and let me know of any delays or issues that they encountered. Geoff is very knowledgeable of installing the unit and would answer any questions I had during installation. They took time to make sure the unit is fully tested, cleaned up the area after it was complete, and responded quickly when I need the flue to be replaced(not part of the purchase). Bev called the next day to ensure the unit was working properly. I cannot leave out the professionalism of their office staff also. They made this experience go so smooth. With a big purchase like an AC/Heat unit, I was very happy I decided to go with 7K Mechanical. I highly recommend them on your next AC purchase or repair.
Great service and excellent skills and knowledge in HVAC
A/c system started blowing tepid air on Sunday and we had scheduled our normal a/c company to be at our home at 8:30am Monday, but by 12:30pm we recognized they were likely not coming. No notice, no email, no phone call. That a/c company has been a no-show before and because elderly folks live in the home I could not afford to be disregarded again. The heat is dangerous for them. So I did some searching and contacted a LOT of companies, all of which were booked or maybe could come Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, etc... I eventually found 7K Mechanical through Google Maps and gave them a call. Blessed be the young lady said they could have someone over in a couple hours and would communicate specifically as to when the technician would be headed our way. I received a text when the technician was en route and they also communicated with me over the phone as I was at work and could not be present. Quick diagnostic, remedied the issue, and was polite, helpful, everything you hope for. Great experience with them, I do recommend 👌

He was early and finished within an hour. So happy to have AC again. And he was so nice.
Joshua showed up EARLY and was very polite and informative during the system inspection. He didn't try to push a replacement system (ours is almost 20yrs old), but did give us the part # to a component that needs replacing that we can do ourselves. 7k Mechanical is honest and very up front and customer-service driven.
