We have used Global Cooling several times to solve issues with our STR in Fredericksburg. From adding a water softener system, fixing a gas leak and plumbing issues. They always take the time to explain issues and options. On the last issue, Roland got years of wipes being flushed down the drain unclogged and got us back up and running quickly. Many thanks to Roland, Landon, Sherrie and the rest of the Global Cooling team.
I am a realtor and use Global Cooling & Plumbing for everything. Ray is the owner and he is always really quick to respond with a bid on a job or to schedule repairs for various things. Sheri is a great asset as well as she answers the phones and is quick with an answer as well. All the employees are well trained and can fix anything. You cannot go wrong using Global. They are reliable, fast, and provide great customer service.

I have had a very good experience with Global Cooling on many home improvement and repair projects. The staff is highly skilled and trained. They explain completely what they need to do to get the job done right. They are very professional and friendly. Two of their plumbers, Roland and Brandon are good to work with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
Not reliable especially living in Texas why wouldn’t we keep parts on shelve / there are 6 apartments with the exact same UNIT?!?!🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ Today is 5 days with no air conditioning 🥵🥵🥵🥵

Hi, I use Global Cooling for all my plumbing needs here in fbg and everyone is absolutely awesome!!! Roland has come and helped me many times with various issues and he’s always kind and professional! My house was built in ‘78 so it seems to require repairs & replacements from time to time... But from the moment they answer the phone your greeted with warmth, kindness and calm from Sherri! She’ll work you into their schedule which always seems pretty timely to me! I’ve even had them out an emergency call on a weekend for a disposal... But to save money I choose to wait until the following Monday when the local plumbing supply house was open. Today the owner Ray came out and assessed a small problem, but wow! What a lovely man! After meeting him it’s easy to see why he has such an awesome team!!!
They were there ASAP and did a wonderful job replacing and installing my new water heater. Thank you Landon and Reyes for all of your help.
Our AC went out on Saturday they were here from late evening until around 10:00 PM. I appreciate there service .

It was a great experience dealing with Global Cooling. The serviceman Roland could not have been more professional and knowlegeable. I am so glad I called them to install my new hot water heater. I got more bang for my buck. I will use them for all my plumbing and AC needs.

Global Cooling is a life saver! I am an absentee landlord of a guesthouse in Fredericksburg, Tx. It can be very difficult to get reliable service people in a timely manner. Global is my go to for all my Plumbling and HVAC needing. The personnel - Ray, JoAnn, Reyes to name a few - are personable, professional and knowledgeable. They treat me like I’m family!
