The work was organized and carried out perfectly. The project was to install a mini-split ductless cooling system by Samsung that can also be used for heating. I was informed of the starting date and the duration of the project, and these dates were kept precisely as promised. The cost was precisely as estimated, and the whole system works like clockwork. The installers were efficient, polite, well informed, and came and went on time. I highly recommend this team and this company.
We called because the water heater was leaking and we wanted to find out if it needed to be replaced. We have two and they also checked the tankless water heater and talked about the flow of hot water. We found out the water heater that was leaking was not being used and the tankless was working well! They recommended flushing the water heater not in use and they turned it off.
My technician was excellent! I had an unfamiliar smell coming from my furnace room, and not only did he help with ensuring that there were no gas leaks with the furnace when servicing, but went above and beyond by good insights on possible causes. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Good job and see you again soon.
Amazing experience from the moment Akron Industrial Heating & Cooling answered the phone to completing the heat pump service. The scheduling staff were very understanding and accommodating. Quite a pickle when your everything backs up on a Sunday. Thankfully Ron showed up, was absolutely courteous and professional. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and do everything in his power to rectify the situation. Highly recommended.

I have used Akron Industrial Heating & Cooling twice and their services are great. They are really competent, professional and friendly. Lately my furnace has been making weird noise and this has made me worry a lot. I did not hesitate to call Akron Industrial Heating & Cooling since I have always had a fantastic experience with them. David was awesome, he went above and beyond to help us stay warm during the last winter season. Our heater had stopped working and we sort help from some different companies but none of them were able to secure us, but David from Akron Industrial Heating & Cooling was great. He identified where the problem was and sorted it within an hour. We will definitely recommend all to this awesome company.
Great experience. Akron Industrial Heating & Cooling came out to install our Ecobee3 smart thermostat, perform maintenance service on our furnace, and give us advice on a wall furnace. David was on time, super friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave us tips on a number of concerns, walked us through every detail of our new heating and humidifier and helped us with getting the Ecobee3 set up. We will definitely be using them again!
