Our grandson was sound asleep, and the Evans repair man was so quiet and respectful, and did not wake him while he worked.
Have used them for years and have always been please with their service and professionalism.

Great after having another business come out and tell me it was a freon leak and no one carries it Amy more. I cleaned yall. Tech was on top of it and actually video the problem being a fan motor going bad. Parts on order and yall will be setting up appointment once it is in. Thank you.

Evans provided an awesome experience for me! They were very professional and could tell the service guys had the knowledge to do the job. We needed an unusual part that was not in stock and they went out of their way to find it so we could get our A/C up and running. We will definitely be using them in the future! Vevry was a very knowledgeable professional. He has been well trained in customer service.
All of a sudden my A/C unit wasn’t working properly and gave me an error code. I immediately called Evans and they had a technician (Vonn) out in about an hour. The fan went. Luckily they had one in stock and Vonn replaced it. From the time I notified them of my problem to completion of the wood was a little over 3 hours. As hot as it is right now and at the end of June, I consider that pretty remarkable.
They came out the same day and communicated everything we needed to know.
Called but can't even come out to offer service for at least 48 hours.

I have used this company many times and also have yearly service with them. Prices are reasonable...technicians are knowledgeable as well as pleasant to have in my home...always nice to talk with on the phone! Just an all around good company for either service or repairs!
