Very unprofessional, no show no call. Set appointment for following day. Technician never showed up or call. Call main office, no answer. Went straight to voicemail and not allowing to leave message. I would give them no stars but unfortunate I need to leave at least one star.

I am so pleased with my new refrigerated a/c that I had gotten from Triple Temp Refrigeration. It's so much more efficient than any swamp a/c, not to mention so much cooler. The technicians were fast, friendly and conscientious. I chose the Coleman cooler. I felt the name brand and the warranty was best for us. Even better yet, the price was very reasonable. Great value. I hired Triple Temp to do a conversion from swamp cooler to refrigerated air. They had given me different options and even helped me with financing. The workers were clean and efficient. Needed to get a new thermostat and I called TripleTemp. They came out and replaced it with a smart thermostat. I can control temps from an app and it's made it way easier to control. Definitely very knowledgeable.
We looked up a company for refrigerated air repair through Angies List. Triple Temp contacted us. We scheduled a 4:00 pm appointment the next day. They never showed up and called us later that evening advising us they were sorry but they got busy. They asked if they could come by that evening but it was late so We rescheduled the following day at 3 pm. When Adrian arrived on 6/6 and looked at our system he quoted us $250 for freon and sealing a small hole in the coil. He needed additional tools advising my husband it would be about an hour and 45 mins in which my husband advised him he knew it was late and fine for him to return the next day. They advised they'd be here at 10 on 6/7. The job was completed in less than 30 minutes then advised my husband the total would be $341.29. We paid the amount and questioned the previous day quote to us of $250.00. The technician /part owner Adrian said it was due to parts and labor. When he completed the job it should be noted our thermostat was functioning fine and when Triple Temp left our thermostat was no longer functioning. We immediately contacted them and advised them of this. Adrian advised my husband that if he came by (this was just 45 minutes after they left) he would need to charge us an additional $85 for labor plus the new thermostat. My husband asked him if he could just stop by to look at it since they had just left and Adrian again advised him that an additional $85 would be charged. Adrian advised my husband it be best we order a thermostat through Amazon.
