I have a lot to say about total air ..it's true they are helpful.....L. Hernandez very.. but for a person who doesn't knw much abt air system that they are not...i.spent over 10 thousand for a new system and other things he ensured me that my system would do the work however with these triple digits thts not the case I found out tht I need turbines and new installation for it to work properly...our home does not dropped below 78 and will not air up my home with out these repairs...L. Hernandez sold his kindness to make a sale but didn't bother up date me on what needed to be done before the sale .....I am looking into justice of a peace lawsuit once I xan fixed my air sytem...I will do what ever needs to be done to make sure nobody goes through this and until I am satisfied and my air works proper....I will continue to expose the truth abt this company and thier warranty..
This company originally installed my unit and was much higher priced than other competitors Although I have zero complaints on their initial install, money is tight on a fixed income, and I chose someone else
We hired Total Air to upgrade our electrical system and install a refrigerated air unit. Luis H was attentive to answering our questions and explaining the options and process. Orlando and the installation team worked quickly and professionally. The payment plan through Wells Fargo was helpful and allowed us to move forward with this project this year. Everything is great so far. We are looking forward to the difference in the more humid months of July and August.
Hired Total air to clean my air ducts after remodeling. When they went to see my ducts I wasn’t told they couldn’t use the equipment used usually to clean the duct cause it could mess up my flex ducts. Had a call with manager Luis Hernandez who was kind enough to go back to my home and took care of my as far as a better price for the service provided due that I wasn’t fully satisfied with the cleaning. If I have any HVAC problems I would definitely call them up again.
We recently had problems with our AC unit in our apartment and our rental office choose to go with Total Air to find out what the problem with the unit is. Total Air sent out techs Joe and Raul. They arrived, asked some questions and quickly got to work. They found the problem and got our AC working quickly. They reassured us they warranty their work and if we have any further problem let them know and they come back again. I highly recommend techs Joe and Raul and Total Air.
I had the pleasure of having Joe as my technician to service my cooling system. Joe was very polite and professional. Additionally, he provided excellent customer service. He also explained everything that he was doing and told me what to look for if I ever have the problem again. I highly recommend Total Air and Joe.

I purchased a unit from this company. The installers had been drinking which I complained to the project manager about. A year and one month later the unit has stopped working. The company only has a one year warranty on labor so I am out 14k unless I pay them thousands for there faulty install. — I paid another company to come review Toal Air's work as I would not longer have their incompetent staff come to my home. Total Air sold me an oversized system for their own personal gain. The issues I face stem from they placed an oversized HVAC system on my vents. They are so incompetent they could not measure the out put of the system they upsold me. As such the pressure/heat triggers a sensor that cause the system to stop for safety reason. This company obviously does not what they are doing and while the install and system are ok according to the other company, the fact they oversold a larger system for their profit is the reason I have issues now. The company wrote a silly reply considering. Please watch out for places like this, letting these type of crooks to thrive here.
I used Total Air to install my HVAC, and was happy with service, so when we needed a new water heater we called them again. We were not disappointed, thank you to the technicians Ernie Brandon Jr Luis S Orlando And Steve the Project Manager
We had to get our old machine replaced. We spoke to several other providers, but Chris took the time to explain what the process will be and worked to help us get what we needed taken care of before, during, and after the install. Alejandro and Ernie were our installers. They were great! Once they had the machine installed they walked us through how to use the thermostat. Very good guys. After a few weeks we noticed that the machine was making some rattling noises. We called and they sent out Joe! Joe is a cool guy! He has serviced our old machine before. Joe came out and tighten everything back up getting rid of the rattle. From the people who answer the phone to the techs that come out, this company is top notch! We highly recommend Total Air!
My Refrigerated A/C went out so, I contacted Total Air to send a technician to troubleshoot the problem. Mary, was so courteous and professional setting up my appointment for a technician to visit my home the next day. The technician named Joe showed up right on the time schedule and was thorough in isolating the problem found to be the fan motor. He quickly submitted an "urgent" request to order the motor. He did inform me that it might take a couple of days due to finding a motor that matched my 15 year old York A/C unit. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday went by when I received a text that a Technician was scheduled to do the final fix and testing of unit on Monday between 12 thru 1pm. Monday at 11:30 am the Technician Raul showed up eager to fix my A/C unit and get me back up and running. I was very amazed at the quality time and effort the Technicians Joe and Raul provided to me and, explained everything so that it was well understood by me. The outstanding professionalism provided by the current Total Air team of El Paso is honestly appreciated. They are highly recommended to all my family and friends. Thank you for everything.
This company was exceptional, they installed my new unit 30 days ago, I waited too write the review, I wanted too let it run then rate the service. Andrew, Manny and Ernie, were on time, courteous, professional, clean and absolutely proficient in abilities. I aplaude the 3 gentlemen. Thank you so much. Im so comfortable in my nice cool house.

I called for a quote. The technician came by and said he'd have the quote the next day but when I didn't receive it, I called the office. I spoke with Liliana and the supervisor Christina. They were extremely rude 😒 and told me they had already sent the quote. When I asked to speak with the owner, they refused to allow me to talk to him. I DO NOT recommend you use TOTAL AIR, unless you want to be treated poorly! I was threatened by a male employee who refused to give me his name. His exact words were "I know where you live! You don't have any friends so go back to your little, small house!" Now I know that if something happens to me, I will be able to pinpoint who the criminal is. My neighbors are also witness to this since they overhead the phone conversation. Total Air, all my neighbors and I have cameras!
I am very much satisfied with the quality of service which was provided, Raul Hernandez the technician was very polite, professional and attentive to any question I had, he was extremely knowledgeable about his occupation and made sure when he left that all my questions were answered and that the a/c unit was working properly. I highly recommend Total Air for your HVAC needs.

Joe and Raul are very professional. They were on time and did the work within a reasonable amount of time. We are very happy with the service from Total Air and are glad we chose them when we upgraded to refrigerated air back in 2019.
Raul Hernandez, our technician came out on an Emergency call and took care of the issue. He came out quickly and his professionalism and knowledge was superb. We use Total Air Services for our Heating and Cooling maintenance. Without a doubt, during our 6 years of service support the current call is the best, Raul is a professional and he gave us personal advice on our two units. Thank you Raul and Total Air.
Service was good, Raul was very professional and explained the issues the system was having. Unfortunately the original installers made errors that also factored into resolving the current problems, which will cost more time and money. The price is extremely concerning because it does not include the cost of the parts. Nevertheless the company is currently working with us to find a solution to resolve this issue. I will revise this post and change the rating after our issues have been resolved.
