In our opinion, the job had many setbacks. JJ, Alan & the company never gave up and continued to troubleshoot until everything was perfect. They were always good natured and professional despite drawbacks. We are very satisfied with our unit and the Air Condtioning Company.

Paid alot for an air conditioner. Had it 1 year needed to be worked on.they gave us the rrun around and never fixed it or answered our calls. Will never use them again.
It was a complete waste of 2 hours of my day, and I never received a quote. Even after calling to check in to find out when I can expect to receive a quote, I was told they would follow up three weeks later, no quote, no call, nothing. Absolute, complete waste of my time and effort of letting some strange guy into my home and taking time away from work to do so.

I had an appointment for a quote scheduled for this Thursday, and I called the office and a young lady by the name of Ana Paredes helped me out. My husband is elderly and gets anxiety when things go wrong and are not fixed. Anyways, I asked Ms. Paredes if there was any cancellations, she said no they were very busy. Then she said you know what let me see if I can get Rick to go today. He is out of town, but let me call him and then she called me back and said yes he will be there at 3-330 today is the time convenient for you. I was very happy to hear the good news wow... amazing. Over the weekend I was talking to friends about how customer service had gone away, man I ate my words on this place. Ana went out of her way to make things happen. I was a manager at one time and I would have hired Ana instantly. She is awesome, and I can't thank her enough. I also want to thank Rick for helping us through his busy schedule as well. Thank you Ana and Rick!
I am absolutely thankful for Jesus D. He went to the house much earlier than the initial appointment (yes, I was asked if it was ok). He not only fix my AC but explain to me what was wrong and what was needed in detail. He was very respectful and professional. He also gave me advice because of my cats. The price was super affordable too! Definitely this will be my go to company in case my AC needs maintenance. Thank you so much!
Installed in a timely manner and cleaned up both inside and outside taking all trash and old unit with them.
