The technician was very professional, he assessed the problem and corrected the issue. I do wish he would have shown me pictures of the problem so I could have seen it for myself. I do believe the problem is/was more extensive than what was diagnosed. I think there’s a leak in my system or the coils need replacing! But I would recommend this business as it was very attentive and like I said professional.

Mr. Nesselhuf provided timely and accurate updates on the tech's arrival. Mr. Ortiz was very helpful, punctual, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issues with my HVAC system, figured out what parts were needed, and will be returning to finish the repair. I look forward to working with him and TECH-VAC to be back up and running soon. Update-- after visiting on Thursday, TECH-VAC worked with my home warranty company who agreed to cover the repair. Mr. Nesselhuf communicated with me throughout the process, and Mr. Ortiz returned Tuesday morning with all of the necessary parts and tools to complete the job. Mr. Ortiz expertly restored my air conditioning system to working order, and the air is blowing colder than the day I moved into this house. Additionally, the unit actually shuts off now as it should from time to time. I would also like to add that Mr. Ortiz removed all of the discarded parts in the attic, made sure to close the door to my home when making trips back out to his service vehicle, and was a good sport about my dog. I'm glad to have these guys on my side as the summer heat starts ramping up. If you're looking for quality work, I would recommend this company.

Yearly maintenance
He did a diagnostic on my furnace to see if it was leaking carbon dioxide, and it was. We quickly opened all windows to air out the house. I really would have liked him to fix it but he said that he had to check with Choice Warranty to make sure that it's covered. That's the reason I got this warranty to make sure that my appliances are covered in case they need repair.

We were using a home warranty company who flat out failed me. Tech vac stepped up and helped me get my heat back on in winter. I have since decided to use them as my maintenance company for my heating and cooling. Thanks for the prompt responses to my families needs.

I put in a request to fix my heating unit, and luckily they had a cancellation and were able to come out the next day. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions, and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Great company, would absolutely use again
