I called the day before and their customer service was very responsive. I had an appointment the very next day. I called Sobelas and no answer; then were going to schedule me 2 days out. I picked Sunshine AC of course. Two (2) technicians called prior to arriving. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I required FREEON in 1 unit and maintenance in the other. They also installed 2 thermostats. They provided advice on maintenance and replacement timelines. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive thermostat. After they tested the AC and made sure everything was working properly. Labor and time and materials were priced reasonably. Looks like I will schedule further maintenance and replacement if necessary with this company. Hire Sunshine Heating and AC and you will never look back!!

This company was very professional, but the people were the difference. I would recommend this company to everyone.
Our heat went out last night (21 degrees outside) and the house got down to 58 degrees. Andrew came out first thing in the morning and got our system running within 15 minutes. Amazing service in a timely manner, couldn’t be more thankful for Sunshine Heating and Air Conditioning!

Amazing and prompt service. Our AC stopped working, so I called Sunshine Heating and Air Conditioning. They came out first thing the next morning checked to see what was wrong. 2 parts had gone out, so Andrew called places until he found the replacement. He returned first thing the next morning and stayed until our house returned to a comfortable temperature. He was professional, and was completely fine with an audience of children (and husband) watching the process. The customer service when I called was also amazing and courteous. We will be using this company again!
They came out to fix my A/C after hours and went above and beyond to make sure we had a functioning A/C so we could get some sleep after 2 days of sleepless nights. Very professional and the owner Joe even came out to accompany the technician. Very impressed with their service.
After getting a bad quote that wouldn’t have fixed the problem. Sunshine provided Great Service and was extremely knowledgeable.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND WILL RIP YOU OFF!
Where to start.... The company charged $120 just to complete a diagnostic , they do not apply a cent to the actual work if you decide to hire them. I have used this business before and they appear to have become very greedy over the years. Secondly, they lie , I was told that my A/ C needed a new motor, totaling $560 on top of the $120 estimate. After receiving my estimate , I had to hound them about when they would be coming, they lied and said they could not find the part??? I ended doing the work with someone else who determined that the problem was only the control knob and my motor was totally fine, they are either totally incompetent or liars! Do not use this business unless you want to be ripped off!
Miguel and Andrew came to our home to do some work. They were extremely professional. It was obvious that they were very knowledgeable about their trade. My wife and I highly recommend Sunshine Heating and Air Conditioning.

My A/C stopped working last night. I called several places but could not work on it for a several days. Sunshine H and C were able to work and replace my unit the same day. They were very professional and courteous. Heidi was really nice and professional. I'm glad she was able to schedule me so soon. Thanks guys!!!
Very disappointed and flat out flabbergasted at how this place handles their business. I called them to get a quote on some services I needed done. They did manage to show up and check it out, I’ll give them that. Even the owner came by. Was told I’d receive a call back on the price. I never received a call. And when I called them back I got the lame excuse that they had a meeting and would call back. A bunch of BS. I do not recommend this place at all.
I do not reccomend this place. I called them first thing in the morning and they had excuses why they couldnt make it to my house . Then they tell me they will call me back and never did. If they dont want business . Just say so. They wasted my time waiting for a call back. If this is customer service. I can only imagine the kind of work they do .
