My AC stopped working during this extreme heat. I called Southwest Mechanical Cooling and Heating and I am so grateful to them for fixing my AC. I am grateful for Adrian Arreola for getting me on the schedule even though they had a full day. He even personally went to the warehouse to secure the part I needed. I am also grateful to Abraham Reyes, the technician who fixed my AC. He instilled in me trust and confidence and I knew he would help me. He genuinely cared. Finding a trustworthy company is difficult, but I feel safe in working with Southwest Mechanical Cooling and Heating and I highly recommend them. Teresa G.

I received excellent service from Southwest Mechanical Heating and Cooling to repair and/or address my concerns regarding a previous HVAC contractor that failed to provide air to entire home.
Very professional.and prompt. installers Were friendly and explained everything they were doing. They cleaned up after they finished and made sure we knew how to work the new thermostat. Salesman( Mr Spilliaert ) came by to check and make sure everything was running ok. Adrian made sure scheduling, finance and all other details ran smoothly. Would highly recommend Southwest Mechanical!

Had a leak issue with a new system in a new house installed by another company. After a couple of visits they insisted everything was "fine". Decided to call Southwest off hours explained my problem to Adrian and he sent his tech guys the very next morning. They arrived even earlier than anticipated and were quick and knowledgeable. Turns out the main and secondary lines were switched and that is why I was seeing a lot of water outside the house. Tech guys fixed it really fast and haven't had any issues since then.
Very responsive and professional
Southwest is a great company to deal with. Had problem with our unit called Southwest spoke to Adrian Manager and he sent tech Joe and he fixed what thought was the problem. Adrian was so patient and helpful. He had to send Joe out 3 times, poor guy had to return to work on a unit that they didn't install.They were troubleshooting and never gave up. They finally got the job done figured out what was the problem. Thank you thank you Southwest for your great customer service, great tech and for not giving up on me. I highly recommend Southwest Mechanics👍👍😘

I have had nothing but great experiences with Southwest Mechanical. Chewy is awesome and and very knowledgeable at what he does. Adrian has good customer service and stays on top of any special orders and delays. Great company and would recommend for any HVAC needs.
Southwest mechanical came to my home and installed a new air conditioner.. The work was well done, all the ducts and vents were checked. The air conditioner was properly seated on the roof. I highly recommend them.
