8-15-22 Just wanted to update my review, best thing that could have happened to our family was finding this company and David the license technician and owner. What you get from local smaller companies is that the licensed technician goes to your home to make the repairs other companies just send you the workers that don't have the license but work under the licensed owner, David does not do that. Have recommended him to a friend and will keep recommending him. From the past companies used to service my ac unit he was one that made a repair there on the spot. Other companies just ignored it and didn't even mention the duct problem I had. Explained how my unit works and what his license number means. I will be using royal for my unit replacement purchase. Once installed I will post another review.

I recently purchased a home and had an HVAC unit that was not working properly with heat in the triple digits I could not afford to wait weeks for another company to come out. I called David and he was able to come out to my house the very next day! My HVAC unit is on top of my home and I have a tall two story. David climbed up diagnosed the problem explained to me in detail everything and fixed the problem. I will not use anyone else for my HVAC needs. Royal Refrigeration now has a customer for life.
