Awesome!! Adan showed up at 9:00am, Monday morning, he researched the issue, fixed it!! We have not had any issues, nice happy family with Fridgiaire keeping us cool, Thank you Reliable😁🤗👏

Terrible terrible company!!! Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time. This is the most unreliable and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. When I asked for someone to come out to fix AC they said they would be coming that day but couldn’t give me a time. DID NOT SHOW UP. Then they actually came two days later still could not give me a time but the technician said it was frozen when it actually needed a new motor. BROKE AGAIN two hours later. Then they showed up again two days later still no appointment time and he said oh it needs a new motor like we had told them multiple times and Juan said he would be back at 8:30 am the next morning. DID NOT SHOW UP AGAIN. Had to call at 10:30am receptionist said that Juan would be calling us shortly and DID NOT CALL. Called again at 1pm and she said that she didn’t have an appointment for us and he was busy with other customers when he was supposed to be at our house first thing in the morning. Finally got a call at 1:30 from Juan saying he would show up at 3pm and get it all squared away. We were fine with that since it’s the middle of summer and needed the ac and would leave it at that. Once AGAIN DID NOT SHOW UP. The receptionist hung up the phone on me and was extremely rude. After 7 days they have still left us with no AC and can’t even call to tell us they weren’t showing up. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH A TERRIBLE COMPANY!
Horrible Maintance it’s been a week and every time we call they say their sending someone on the way but they never do I would not recommend using them
A/C went out Wednesday night around 7 pm. Called Saratoga Thursday morning about it being under warranty around 9 am. They called "Reliable" Heating & Cooling and then they said they'd be here soon. After numerous calls and them saying "we're on our way" and "we're almost there" they didn't show up until after 5 pm. Then they said they had to get parts and would be back between 9-10 am. After now calling and going to Saratoga they finally showed up at 12:30. They worked for a while and needed another part and left saying they'd be back in about an hour. About two and a half hours later they finally got the part and started fixing it. Shortly after they left we went outside to look at the AC unit to find that they had trampled and removed one of our bushes near the AC unit and then didn't say anything to us. These people are completely unreliable and should rename their business. Do NOT hire them. You will be sorely disappointed. The guy who came here the most was very nice though. The company is terrible though. I'm not surprised they work with Saratoga because they're terrible too. Update: my AC is back out. It didn't even work for 12 hours after they "fixed" it.
