Looking for AC maintenance and this business popped up with lots of positive reviews so I decided to give them a call. Abraham arrived at 4:55 pm to service my two AC units! They close at 5 pm but he still came by to take care of the units. He was very nice, professional and didn't try to hurry through the job. I will definitely be using this company in the future. Located in Horizon City as well so nice to be able to support hometown business.
Nothing but a Top Notch company! Ian Hicks is very professional and caring! I called to schedule a maintenance of my house units and Abraham came right away. Abraham was very professional and his customer service skills were nothing but awesome!

Called this company based on reviews and did not disappoint. Ian answered the phone and asked me a few questions about what was going on with my system, then told me he would dispatch a tech within an hour. The tech arrived well within the time that was said and performed various system checks and was able to fix the issue on the spot. He was friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. Will definitely use this company again for servicing my system!
Called them when my builders HVAC guys couldn’t fix my issue. They were able to diagnose the issue in one visit. Definitely recommend.

THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING!!! We have a rent house in El Paso and got quotes from several companies for a conversion from a swamp cooler to refrigerated air. We worked with Ian, who is extremely professional, responsive, trustworthy, and made the process a breeze. To start, the products that this company has are the amongst the best brands in the industry (we got a Rheem unit installed). The other companies actually quoted us higher prices for less reliable units. He originally quoted us for ductwork and a new unit. After getting there and digging into the work, Ian called me and told me that after looking into it further and tearing into the sheetrock that we actually do not need new ducts and that we will actually save a significant amount of money. I was so happy with his honesty and integrity! We do not live in El Paso, so it felt so good to have such a trustworthy company that was upfront and honest without just trying to make a buck here and there. He also helped us by calling and scheduling things with the tenants, being flexible with how we could pay (we do not live in the area), and he always kept me in the loop on everything going on. He would always answer the phone, and me photos, and be super responsive to all text messages. It gave us a huge peace in our hearts to know that he was in El Paso managing the situation for us and making the process very simple for us on our end. This company is among the best that we have ever worked with. Words cannot describe how thankful we are to have met Ian and we are so happy with the service! If I could give a million stars I would... but Google only allows five.
A friend of the family referred us to Ian. He responded quickly to see if we could repair our leaking, 10-year-old entry level A/C that came with the house. He advised us to get a more efficient, higher quality model so we could save on the electric bill instead of dropping hundreds each year to patch up the old one. They were able to work with us on financing at a good rate. Ian and his installation team showed up on time and prepared. They used drop cloths to protect our floors and did a clean installation. His team was professional and courteous.

Great service!!!! Our a/c stopped blowing cold air thursday afternoon. We called right away but they said they didnt have any appt. Till monday. They did mention if they had time or a cancelation they could squeeze us in. To our suprise they showed up on friday late morning to fix our a/c. This weekend was gonna be the hottest yet for the year so we are very greatful with the company. Service techs were very profesional and fast, Def recommend calling them for a/c service. You wont be dissappointed
Very professional. They were able to have a guy get out to diagnose my A/C the very next morning and give me a clear diagnosis of the problem and courses of action to get it resolved. Would definitely recommend them for any HVAC work.
Was able to quickly schedule an appointment, even in the start of summer when I’m sure it’s a popular time for hvac calls. They quickly identified the issue and gave me a couple of options for how I wanted to proceed, then fixed it all up! I would call them again if another issue came up.

Would highly recommend Longhorn Maintenance! I called and explained my issue and the gentleman I spoke with saw a technician was in the area leaving a job and sent him over. Had my issue fixed in less than an hour from calling!

We have used Longhorn several times for maintenance on our AC. This time our almost 12yrs refrigerated unit is reaching the end of its life and when it started making a louder than usual noise we called Longhorn. They came same day and checked our unit and gave us options from repairing the current unit to replacing for a better more efficient unit. Unfortunately right now the times are hard to get a new one but they repaired the unit and placed a new motor while we can make arrangements for a complete new Refrigerated unit. They were on time, productive and even went above with the service . They also gladly answered the million questions I threw at them. Our unit is workig perfectly again and we setup a maintenance schedule with them. They make it so easy and they are very trust worthy people. I highly recommend Longhorn for all your HVAC needs.
In the middle of winter I had the blower on my furnace die on me. I found Longhorn through Google and a quick call later their team was helping me line up parts to fix it. Within 24 hours they arrived at my house and quickly got everything back up and running again. Longhorn provided prompt and professional service for a fair price. I would happily recommend the Longhorn team; next time I have issues with my HVAC I know exactly who I'll be calling.
