Kenny checked out our heating and air conditioning system installed 2 years ago and found that something was out of wire on the heater. It is now running quicker and all is good. He was thoughtful to both my husband and I and explained he did. You are lucky to have him as an employee
Andre was a excellent technician! He was knowledgeable and made sure he checked multiple times to make sure the was working and running well
Felix was amazing! He showed up and was professional. He was detailed in explaining all the task he was going to do, gave us tips to prolong the life of our system, and even went above and beyond to go back to the shop and get us a replacement air filter. I can only hope I get him next time my system needs serviced!
fast responses, timely service. endorse this company! I got a few quotes to replace my 100 amp sub panel with a 200 amp sub-panel. work took a day, electrician cleaned up all the dust and debris. Quote was super competitive compared to the 3 other companies I called.
Shawn Packard was nice and respectful, he was knowledgeable and I believe did a awesome task with explaining the process, and my options! Having a text come through before he arrived with a picture of who will be coming and a little bio about them was a great business decision and gave me a good sense for the company!

repairman Raleigh was professional and efficient. Checked out and cleaned the entire heating system and components. our system was in wonderful shape and working well. He was good in explaining what he checked and how it met performance standards. pleased with the service.

Our work repairman was Awesome! He checked all our rooms to ensure proper heat was being distributed appropriately. He was clean in his service, Professional, Courteous and explained all that he did. He presented before / after photos of his service and ensured our furnace was operating and Safe !
Tommy was awesome! thoughtful and professional. He did a through task looking at all there units. Explained to me and I am waiting to my quote for replacing my units. Once I have that then we will determine what we are going to do, but yes we will be using this company! Thank you so much Tommy!
We returned house from vacation to find our a/c had stopped working (in June). Dale arrived out and determined that the compressor had shorted to ground and the unit needed to be replaced. Within two days Ernest and crew had a new a/c and furnace up and running just before the temperature shot up.

Marcus was fantastic! He was personable, and knowledgeable. He found a broken part in my aging furnace and did an superb work of explaining why it needed to be replaced as well as providing a diagnostics to see if there were any other issues that weren't visible. I can recommend this company.

Damian Bolton did a fantastic project with determining our piping issue at home. the issue was a septic tank problem so he had to recommend a septic company to settle the problem but nonetheless he did a great job at explaining the issue in detail with his wealth of knowledge in that particular field! recommend!
Our 16 year old furnace was not firing properly, and we contacted for work and were able to obtain a work appointment The service technicians pinpointed the issues (improper installation by another HVAC service provider), had the equipment for the repair, and got the system working again. We had air filter replacements on hand, so they could make the replacement (which we do annually) at that time. I will have them make annual inspections from here on out. We will likely need a new system in a year or so.
fantastic service! Our water heater broke the day before leaving for vacation, I contacted Anyhour the next day and they had someone out Our technician, Sergio was awesome. He took a look at our existing unit and explained he was looking for to determine if ours needed to be replaced. It did in fact have to be replaced, he was great going over our options and was sounded like was going to be 3-4hours, he was able to complete in 2 hours. I was appreciative for his help and demeanor. Thank you for taking care of us before leaving town & ensuring we came home to hot water!
Spencer, was our Tech and was great! Having an complication with our A/C and they found the cause. He was clear on what was needed to get it restored and did not beat around the bush about additional services. I endorse him as someone who cares and is thorough. He called our landlord right away with the info and cost.
