Alex was great! He got my air conditioner working properly in no time. He let me know the problem and made sure i was OK with his decisions at every step. I'm so grateful Alex/Ignitify rescued us from 108 degree temperatures!

My heater stopped on a Snow night in El Paso I called Randy and he was extremely helpful. I didn’t know how to explain the issue I was having because the heat was running just not heating. I opted for next day service instead of after hours and Alex was here first thing in the morning. Extremely helpful extremely kind. Resolved in a matter of minutes and also explained and showed me the issue. Would recommend and use again. Thank you guys me and my babies aren’t cold anymore!

Excellent service for my rental property. Randy was extremely professional and Alex diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Great price for such quick and quality work. They even helped my tenant get the troublesome gas fireplace started for the first time this season while they were there. Will surely use them again and recommend to others.

My mother-in-law had an HVAC system as old as the hills that no longer worked & had to be completely replaced. We called Ignitify, & Randy Bustillos & Alex Torres came to the house that afternoon. They assessed her home & told us exactly what needed to be done. Randy, Alex, and their team of technicians- Gabriel, Javier, & Ricardo- did a Phenomenal Job installing a brand new heating & AC system in the home!
