Eddie, Juan and Tony did a great job, above and beyond what was expected. A four to five hour job turned into an eight hour job yet they were thorough, did not rush and were as professional as possible, and, the original estimate is exactly what was charged. If honesty, integrity and a good work ethic are important to you, contact HART.

Hart services is by far the BEST company in town. Eddie and his team are very professional and respectful. They showed up on time, cleaned the area and removed old units. I highly recommend them!!! Thanks Eddie and Baby (Eric)!!
The technicias were here on time, they had the part with them and finished so quickly and cleaned up afterwards It was like watching a NASCAR RACE So glad I called them

This company came highly recommended to us and we are so thrilled with their service, honesty, and willingness to explain what was being done. This year i tried to schedule an A/C inspection to ensure everything is working properly before it gets hot . I've done this for the last 4 years with H.A.R.T. However, this year when i attempted to adjust my scheduled arrival time I was told "" take it or leave it thats the way it is". So much for working with your clients?? Hope you have better luck with them.....
I got an estimate from Eddie and his team. (Yes I said team) They came on time and were very professional. Took measurements, counted the registers, checked the electrical box, verified the space in the attic, and talked to me about what would need to happen if I picked them to do the job. After a couple more estimates I chose Hart. They had the best price for what I wanted done, conversion and duct cleaning which they gave me a discount on since I went with them for the job. 😉 It took 3 days to complete the job, due to the duct work taking a little longer than they hoped but you can't rush perfection. In the end great job, the system works great, looks good and I felt like I didn't over pay. I Highly recommend this team for any heating and cooling job. Thanks Eddie for a job well done.

Set up an appointment & they never showed up. I text & called them multiple times & they cleared my calls. Called from a different number & they answered & had no choice but to say they were busy & wouldn’t be making it. Which is fine I get things happen but COMMUNICATION is the key!

Hart Services is my preferred company when my home a/c system needs servicing or repairs. I've been a client for a few years and HART technicians always do an outstanding job. Very thorough, professional, courteous and reasonably priced fees. I tried several companies in the past and HART is by far the best HVAC service company in El Paso. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself.
They not only fixed the refrigerator air but they made it better and explained the problem I give them a five star
Great Service, I use Hart Service for my business they service my heating system in the Fall and the air conditioning in the Spring and they are great when we have new installs. I Highly recommended.
