Had an amazing experience Ted at the El Paso office was most helpful everyone there was exstremly pleasant. The place was spotless
Picked up a 2-gang wall-plate for a switch with a blank bcs I am removing the garbage disposal from a sink, but want to keep the electric line in case I need it in the future. The plate was ready to pick-up the same day and a quarter the cost of the big box store. Yes I had to spen the time and gas, but I had other business on that side of town anyway. Didn't have to wait, took all of 10 min...this included finding my order and paying for it. The gentleman that assisted me was friendly, professional, and very helpful. There were several employees hustling and bustling. The store was clean, well-lit and organized.

Back in 2012, I interviewed for a Territory Sales position at this location. The name of the store manager that interviewed me was, Mike. During the interview, this guy kept looking at paperwork and his computer. He had no interest in speaking with me. During the interview, he actually went ahead and told me that I didn't impress him at all. That was very humiliating. However, I want to go on the record publicly and thank Mike for being so rude and condescending to me during that interview. Mike, you sparked a fire in me. From that moment on, I decided that I would never leave my fate in the hands of any corporation. In that moment, I realized that Mike probably hated his job and employees. Treating people with disrespect is a clear sign of mental health issues. Thanks to you. I have been doing well as a self employed professional and as an investor. Thank you Mike/store manager of the El Paso branch. You were the first and only person to show me how bad things can get and that I never wanted to be like you or work with people like you. Just the other day I fired a client because he behaved in a manner much like you did that day. Cheers!
That was quik, place a order of the parts that we need, show up and get attend it like driver through, pandemic issues, im not even need to get out of the truck and they bringing the order out to me.
I went to pick up and online order with free delivery to the store. I used the outdoor pick up. Fast and knowledgeable staff. Fair price. Indoor service was available as well. Very efficient.

If you are going to have curb pick up atleast have people that know what you sell, more service to satisfy your customers. Your employees look like bobble heads saying no for everything. One store in El Paso you should close down with that kind of service.

Lady on the phone told me I could get 1 part out of a package package of 10 they sold... she lied. Gave it 3 stars because when I went in, guy was very helpful to find another store that had it.
