Gateway is a wonderful reliable company. They are very efficient and provide great service.
You know, I have done business with Gateway for many years! But after Laura left it seems to gone down! I had set an appointment between 08:00 and 12:00 to which they did not show! I called and got answering machine and left message. No reply! Called again about 3:30 p.m. and was told they were on their way! I told them to cancel and the lady tried to tell me I was wrong about the times. I explained that she set the appointment! WILL NOT USE AGAIN!

$60 for a custom fit louvered evaporative cooler panel. I was not only happy with the price and next day service but the staff was friendly and easy to deal with.

They were scheduled to come at 10am. They c alled and said they will come later because they were installing another unit, which was fine. They said they would call us when they’re coming. In the end they did not show up... they couldn’t get a hold of the technician and later the technician calls my husband and says “we don’t have a part that is missing” and that makes no sense because he never showed up... We went with another company. It was an easy job to accomplish and the communication and answers we got were ridiculous. This should had been an easy fix but it was anything but that.
Need to go over there. Person on the phone was no help.

Very disappointed. Came highly recommended, but serviceman came out , looked at unit, said he would be back, left and never returned. Each day the office said I was on his list for that day, but he was a no show., gave up after the fourth day of waiting and called another company.
