We highly recommend GAP Air Conditioning! Their prices are very competitive, and they are extremely professional! Jorge was very responsive and never once seemed bothered to answer all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and talked us through multiple unit options so that we could select the best unit for our needs and budget. When they installed the unit, all workers were very respectful and wore masks. They were also very clean and made sure to vacuum after their work. We needed a mini split for a “bonus room” that doubles as an office for myself and my wife, as well as an entertainment room. Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear as if the architects/builders took the vent placement into consideration when building this room and more than half of the airflow is blocked by the ceiling. Since the sun hits this room most of the day, even while running fans and the A/C at full blast, the temperature in this room was averaging around 78-80 degrees and our electric bill was astronomical. Since there aren’t any windows for a window unit, the mini split was our best option. Great, family run business!
This was by far the best visit I have had over the years of having my A/C Serviced in El Paso. everything was explained step by step and even showed me the old parts including a burnt out motor that looked horrible compared to the new one they were putting in. I will continue to use this company for the years on end. Highly impressed and happy with services done.

Ice Castles Too Learning Center has contracted GAP air conditioning and heating for all repairs on all refrigeration units for over 10 years. Mr. Jorge Gutierrez has always given us a straight answer on the repairs needed and the best options to correct the problems. GAP air conditioning and Heating are very prompt to attend to the needs of the customers and go out of their way to make sure the client is satisfied with all the work done and if for any reason there is a problem, they come back and do not give you the run around. Mr. Jorge Gutierrez is a man of his word, honest and trust worthy which gives you peace of mind when they tackle a job. So glad I chose GAP to do our A/C conversion from swamp to refrigerated! They are so courteous and extremely professional. The job was done so well, and we are very happy with the results. I swear, they left my house cleaner than when they first got here, because they take such care to keep things clean and not make a mess, plus they clean up each day before they leave, which I really appreciated!
