Contacted Sobellas who then contracted FAS to install.From Sobellas we had the contract of 5year labor and service now FAS says it was only 3 years and it expired a month ago and now pur A/C is not cooling and now FAS wants to charge a fee to come look at the problem and then charge another fee to fix. These 2 companies are working together to offer one thing and then come signing time they change it to benefit them with a lesser warranty. Stay away from Sobellas and FAS!!! If I could give negative stars I would give a negative 10

They don’t know what they’re doing 2 months of lies and lies bad and wrong Diagnastic stay away from them and don’t let your home warranty send them to your hose
They helped me and my buddy will a A/C intstall for a good price I highly recommend them !
FAS has been amazing to work with , my home warranty assigned them to my claim and they came out here next day submitted my report within 2 days and unfortunately my home warranty does take a while to process reports but i couldn’t wait so I ended up instead getting a quote from FAS to covert to refrigeration they gave me such a great price and installed my unit as soon as 1 day , definitely recommend 100% !! Best in El Paso for sure !

Did a great installation of my evaporate cooler...
F.A.S. replaced my gas furnace. Elizabeth, in the office, was wonderful to work with. She was able to answer all my questions and did not appear to tire of my many phone calls. Elizabeth even to care of completing the warranty for me. Erving and Ramses did the installation this morning. They were pleasant to have in the house and did a great job of cleaning up after the job was completed. I recommend the company and will definitely use them again.

First impression sometimes it’s everything… I needed a quick repair for a rental house, a friend recommended me this company so I called for some information. I spoke to Cynthia and she was not only very friendly but extremely professional, answered all my questions and understood exactly what I needed it, she even suggested how can I save money. I called F.A.S because I needed a couple ac unit installed in one of my buildings, they came to give me a free quote , pricing was great Evelyn walked me through the whole process scheduled me in as soon as possible, I had such a great experience with them , I would definitely be calling them for future projects.
