When my 86 year old mother called me up about an emergency break down of her swamp cooling unit in the hot heat of El Paso summer , I was in a panic over who to call for help. Thankfully, The skilled and polite technicians diagnosed the issue and swiftly got us back in cooling mode within an hour of their arrival! I can’t thank Eric and his team enough for such excellent service! Update- they came back to turn on heat and close up the cooling units for winter. Excellent service and offered us a great value for future service and repair. Expert is Exceptional!!! Thank you- Marie Flores

I had this company install two new split-systems last year upstairs and downstairs in my home. Eric explained the advantages of various Seer level options, and rooftop vs. ground level installation. I found this very helpful, pricing was very fair, the install crew was quick, professional and tidy. I’ve since set up with their periodic scheduled maintenance and have been happy with that as well.
All staff is professional, courteous, attentive, and helpful. They installed a wall heater at my mother's house a few years ago and most recently did a full conversion from swamp coolers to refrigerated air. Both times, they fully explained the process, listened to questions and concerns, and helped us out with different options. We are grateful to all them for helping us. Other companies either didn't return my phone calls or took over a month to get back to us. All staff (this includes front office) is highly knowledgeable.
I highly recommend their services. Sergio the technician is very knowledgeable, and solve the problem quick. You can tell they are professionals from the get go when he arrived in a truck with all the equipment needed.

Update! Once again I reached out to and Expert HVAC and Refrigeration and they came through. I needed some smart thermostats replaced and they came by in a timely manner and replaced them. I had already tried to go with a random handy men and got no showed twice, the third one was going to charge me an astronomical fee. I’m so busy I didn’t think to call the Experts and finally remember the awesome guys at Expert. It took 1 phone call and they set up a time and date to come out and fix it. They kept their word with a fair price. I wish my busy body remembered them earlier. Thank you Expert and HVAC for saving the day! Expert HVAC & Refrigeration are very professional. They were patient with me as we looked at the best place to put the condenser for the split unit I purchased. Installed in my 3 car garage placed perfectly enough to heat up my garage garage at 5am as of Jan 12th, 2023. Highly recommend!
