I recently converted to HVAC. The job was great, the sales rep was attentive during installation. However, I have a converted garage into a den. It has no insulation, he said the room wouldn't need it. The room is still hot while the rest of the house is cool. Their service guy wants to adjust the vents, meaning, close them more so air can shoot into the den, which will make the other rooms hot. They have yet to come and check the flow after 3 days of calling them. They keep saying they'll come and they haven't. The sales rep makes me feel like all he wanted was the sale. He even giggled when I told him that. Now they are just ignoring my calls. How professional is that? They haven't even tried to make it better. It was installed 2 weeks ago.

This company has been the worse! We had gotten the air conditioner and roofing with them and it has been nothing horrible expirience with them. Air conditioner doesnt cool entire house and I have an eldery living with me and roofing keeps falling apart. They supposedly come and see but for them its normal. Right now i have thermostat at 67 degree and room temperature is at 91. Always have workers come but no job gets done. Worse company ever
Strongly recommended, all of our questions were answered in detailed by Jessica Rivera. The installation was fast and well done, Alfredo and his crew went above and beyond to keep us informed of every detail and changes they were doing around the house. Great job!!

This company did more than just give us refrigerated air. They no only put in a brand new system but they also did our roof as well as the landscaping of our front and backyard. The outcome was absolutely amazing. Throughout the entire process they always asked us questions so it would come out to our liking. They have great communication, and are consistent. All work was performed at 100% and you could see it as well. The before and after sod our home are unbelievable. We will definitely be getting more work done in our home, in the future with this company. Attached below are the before and after a of our home. Absolutely amazing

Eco living home improvements did a very awesome job to my house. Their representative Jessica has helped us out so much and was always there for us when we needed her or had any questions we had. They worked on our roof, new refrigerated A/C and they did our landscaping front and back. I am beyond 100% satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
