I could not be more pleased with the quality of work and professional ethics of this crew. They did a same day maintenance of our fridge . Absolutely gonna use them again
We had a wonderful experience with them. Our technician was polite, thorough, and neat. He diagnosed the issue with our washing machine very quickly and was able to fix the problem.
Be prepared to be disappointed. They showed up, collected their fee and never returned to complete the job. When the warranty called and emailed them, they finally sent us a text. We scheduled the appointment l, they failed to show up and when we contacted the manager, he cancelled the appointment after they had missed the appointment. Poor service and incompetent.
Very bad customer service. They came to my house for microwave repair and charged me $78 without fixing it. I asked them why you charged me $78 without fixing it and they told me its a service charge and to fix microwave it will cost $750..They didn’t tell me before that they will charge me $78…next day he called me and said they can fix it for $275…Don’t even use their services..They will just charge you for no reason. I can buy brand new microwave for $78..Very disappointed with their service.
I used them because my washer was broken and they sent Oscar came out and was really kind and professional. They are honest people who I being a professional myself would recommend to anyone!
Would definitely recommend these guys, they fixed my dryer quickly. I appreciate the help!!
Never showed up or called to let us know what going on
The service was fast and efficient, I took the day off from work thinking the repairs would take most of the day. Repairs were done as fast as breakfast was cooked and halfway eaten, I can now take care of other business. Repair man was professional and courteous. I will use their services again.
Waste of time. How you treat your customers always says alot about your business. Arrived to find the business closed on a day they said they would be open. Made contact with them and they did nothing to even TRY to make it right. I'd stick to a quality business who actually cares about their customers.
Beware of this company. They take your money and provide the service at THEIR convenience. They supposedly ordered a fan motor but they failed to show back up to install it. A competent company got the job done the same day. Alot of time and money wasted because of E SQUARE. PS: Don't bother replying saying you tried contacting us, WE did all the work to get a hold of YOU. Save the headache and keep the same attitude on here.
Completely horrible experience. Company was dispatched through my home warranty and I have been without a/c since May 14th. It’s almost a month now, he has came out to my home 4 TIMES over these weeks and each time has messed around “attempting to repair” my air. They never answer the phone when you call, it’s in the 100s outside everyday this week and I AM STILL WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. I’ve had to contact another company and pay again to receive help. Look elsewhere for hvac issues and do yourself a favor please.
I had an appointment set up for Tuesday afternoon and the decided to change it a day before and mess up my schedule and wanted to charge a $50 service fee when the washer is covered by GE, I talked to GE and told them about the fee and they advised that E square should not be charging anything to the customer that everything is covered under the warranty. In my opinion this is very unprofessional and they just want to take advantage of the customer I'm glad I wasn't a victim
GE warranty but still wanted to charge for service call (Tech). Rescheduled with GE and given confirmation time /date, the company did not show up or called. Appliance/Warranty was purchased thru Home Depot.
My freezer quit working on me.. I called the E- square service at 11 a.m. they were at my house by 2 p.m. the price quoted was not the price that I was charged ..the price I was charged was half as much !! I appreciate your professionalism and their honesty and they're promptness.😍 thank you so very much Guys.. Luis you were wonderful.. I promise I will be calling again.. hopefully not too soon 😜 but I will call again. thanks again all of you.

Oscar’s service, professionalism, and quick maintenance was awesome! He deserves a raise - he’s fixed both our dryer and refrigerator in minutes.
Came out three times never got the problem solved said they needed to order another part, never heard from them agaon, called repeatedly wont return my calls.
Oscar switched the hot and cold water connections they were installed reversed upon delivery and he switched them to be connected correctly
