Our A/C stopped working last night, so I called Chill Pro this morning and I had a qualified technician troubleshooting my A/C unit in less than an hour. He immediately identified the issue, replaced a few damaged parts and got the system running right away. These guys know what they are doing, they are professional, super fast and charge very fair prices.

SAVE time and do not contact this poor rendition of a company. Pricing is not consistent (received a quote from them that was simply higher than two other companies). Needless to say I had the work done on one occasion and they charged a diagnostic fee then on a separate occasion there was no fee. Their pricing and consumer awareness of what to expect is absolete. Not to mention being able to speak to someone is a challenge. Please contact another company to simply avoid price gauging and inconsistencies in pricing.

From the first call with Chill Pro LLC, I knew that it was the right choice. Winter was fast approaching, and I needed to get the heater up and running for my home. The voice behind the call was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. She immediately put me at ease and scheduled the service call right away at a very reasonable cost. The technicians showed up on time as promised. They kept me informed on what was being done and proceeded in completing the task. Later that afternoon, I received a followed up call to ensure everything was running smoothly and to answer any questions or concerns I may have, which were none. After this call, and the excellent service I received, I knew I didn’t have to search anywhere else for future heater and A/C maintenance needs. This was two years ago which includes heater and A/C shuts down and startups. The technicians are top-notch; they take pride in the work they do, and Monique is just simply amazing orchestrating it all. Customer service is truly outstanding! I gladly recommend them without hesitation. Thank you everyone at Chill Pro for everything you do!!

Great service. Quick response. Installed Refrigerated air and Heater the next day. Removed old heater and air conditioner so I didn't have to find someone to do it. Hassle and stress free. Good Explanation of things that were to be done and great warranty. I was given a years supply of filters! I feel comfortable knowing if I need anything these people will quickly reply. Highly Recommend!

I wish I've heard about Chill Pro 4 years ago. Other companies and technicians all say the same laziness excuse, (low on freon)I've had the same issue every summer. Chill Pro and the Technican actually took the time to determined the problem, walked me thru the steps and immediately felt the difference. Thank u Chill Pro!!
