Barrett Airworks have great customer service. The phone is answered promptly. They are on time, very professional and take the time to explains what works needs and has been done. I highly recommend Barrett Airworks for all your air-conditioning needs. I have been a very satisfied customer for years .
I called and asked for maintenance of my AC unit. They responded same day and set up the appointment for 2 days later. They gave me a 2 hour window and showed up right on time, after calling and giving me a 20 minute heads up they were on their way. Timely, thorough and quality work. They checked all my air handlers in the attic and both AC units outside. The tech explained everything that was found and fixed to my wife, and in a way she could understand (which she appreciated greatly!). I will use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for any HVAC services for residential or commercial needs. Top notch service, response, and professionalism. These guys truly know what customer service means, which is hard to find now days.
Scheduled a maintenance check on my a/c. The technician explained what he found, did a minor repair. He was very respectful and helpful. It was nice that he was able to come sooner than my appointment time due to someone else’s cancellation.

I put one star at first because it stopped working within 10 days but Jerry came and fixed it. I can't seem to delete the rating so I'll leave it at 3 and maybe edit it to 4 if there's no further issues
We've struggled for over a year to find a reputable and knowledgeable hvac company to fix our heating issues with our Carrier system. After spending close to 1k no one was able to fix it. So after several terrible experiences with other hvac companies we called Barrett. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! They sent Chad and he was so professional, explained each step, didn't rush through the job and even offered to return right away if it shut down. It did shut down but he returned right away and dug further into the unit and found the problem. He showed us pictures and we're so pleased now that we know what was the problem and that it got fixed. We highly recommend them and even signed up for the maintenance plan so our unit will be serviced by them 2 x year.

Chad was a wonderful tech. He showed me the issues and concerns, explained why they were a concern and informed me of the process to address these issues. The prices were on par, and they were about an hour and a half EARLY! Thank you tremendously for the assistance and getting us fit in, as quickly as possible!!
