Had initially submitted an online request for an appointment due to my AC short cycling. Hadn’t received a call back by the 2nd day so I called and left a voicemail before open hours to give it another chance as my AC stopped cooling and I needed help ASAP. I then received a call within the hour to make an appointment and go over the AC problem. Another hour later, Adrian showed up at my door ready and willing to take care of the problem. AC was frozen solid and needed Freon. Ok no problem. He filled it up and he noticed the motor was not working as well as it should. I moved in less than a year ago and I know the previous owners were not up to date with the required maintenance. He checked for any AC warranty and of course my warranty ran out. So now I needed a motor. With no other options, I trusted Adrian and had a new motor installed. After working on my AC for about 5 hours, my AC is back up and running perfectly. Adrian was respectful, responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I thought the price to fix everything was a little much however, I am sitting quite comfortably on my couch with the AC working as it should. I have Adrian and Alamo HVAC on speed dial with no hesitation or question on calling on them for any further issues. I’m also ready to immediately recommend their services. I called because the AC was not cooling and the technician came he went up on the rooftop I don't know what he did and the unit started cooling and he left did not wait to see if it would keep cooling and I had to call the technician back and he returned and he said it was a wire and he fixed it but he did not wait and later that evening it was dripping water and I knew something was not right with the condenser or a clogged pipe and I called back and the gentleman that answered the phone told me that the technician could not stay 3 or 4 hours to see if it would drip so he told me we can go Wednesday to see what is wrong but I will have to charge you again and to me that is not right so I didn't bother calling them back I called someone else to fix what they couldn't.

I called Alamo after my A/C system stopped working, and their technician Adrian arrived the same day to inspect and resolve the issue. My unit was frozen so he had to leave and come back, and he still got it working the same day. They were very communicative, keeping me updated through text. They were very professional, reliable, and one of the best companies I’ve worked with here in El Paso. I appreciated that Adrian explained the issue to me and took photos so that I understood. I plan to recommend this company to everyone I know who’s having HVAC issues.

I texted at 8am, got a very quick response and by 10am my a/c unit up and running. Mr. Alamo is knowledgeable, respectful and fast. He fixed the issue right away, gave me good feedback regarding maintenance. Best HVAC service ive received
I certainly recommend them, when I needed them they answered the phone right away. I called them at 7am and Jorge answered the phone. They were at my door by 8am fixing my ac repair. Even though what they did on that day worked for one day, my AC broke down again. I called them again and they were able to get all the supplies on time for the next day. They came in and got straight to work and finished installing everything, and about 4 hours later they were finished. They are good and fast at what they do.
I forgot to ask the wonderful man his name but they came over less than an hour after I called to tell them my AC wasn’t running right and I thought maybe it was the motor. He was quick and did a great job! He replaced the motor in just a couple hours. I really appreciate that they were able to come out the same day since we have a two year old that I was worried would overheat in these high temps. 10/10. Highly recommend!
While on the search for someone who could do an emergency repair on one of my inoperative A/C units for my two-level home, I went on a search for a local well reviewed specialist that could assist. I found Adrian with Alamo Hvac. I requested a quote via their online application. The online quote process was simple and as my request was made late in the day, after business hours, they contacted me early the next morning…seemed as if this was done as soon as they opened. Arrangements were made to meet with in the hour that same day. My issues were discussed, recommendations were made with extensive knowledge regarding the root of the issue and the necessary means to rectify. Everything was explained in detail which I appreciated very much. Adrian was extremely knowledgeable, professional and understood my urgency during these extremely hot days, which would only get worse as my family and I already attempted to sleep in an internal temp of 89 degrees the previous night. Repairs were made bright and early the next day, not even 90 minutes to replace the entire external condenser unit with a brand better than the generic stock unit that came with the house upon purchase. It was up and running in no time. A big THANK YOU to Adrian and his crew for addressing my emergency. As this was an emergency due to the heat, Alamo Hvac was the first to respond out of 3 other well reputable and reviewed companies…even up until now I haven’t heard from the other 2. Alamo Hvac has earned my loyalty going forward due to their professionalism, response to urgency and competitive pricing. Side note: I have had 2 other companies reference non existent issues in order for me to pay for a full HVAC replacement. I am blessed to have waited on accepting the other offers in place of Alamo Hvac as they identified and repaired the issue in less time than I spent talking to the “Competitors”. Look no further for AC repair. After much research, this company stood out from the rest in quality and prices. They came out, looked at my system, and gave me multiple quotes for repair and for replacement. They assisted me in making the correct choice and performed an outstanding job replacing my system. Excellent service at reasonable prices.
