I like this companies contract agreement for preventative maintenance that allows me to make monthly installments or payments each month. They do a good job.

Julio came out today and was so professional and WAS ON TIME! We will be purchasing the preventative maintenance plan that he recommended. We have had two other people come out and take a look at our heater and they quote us an astronomical price for things we know are BS. Julio was honest and we will be doing business with Aire Systems. Also the customer service when we called in was great! Thank you guys!
This company installed refrigeration system in my house in 2017, thorough, professional and very expensive job. I had just moved to this city and was referred to this business by my real estate agent, no complaints about the installation do far. My problem with this business came this past July 2020. I called them to ask to send somebody to advice and give me a cost estimate to relocate one the thermostats to a different room/location. They said yes no problem, BUT they never revealed nor let me know when I made the appt, that they would charge me to give me a cost estimate. They claimed that the $85 charge was for the "diagnosis" their rep had 'performed" on the system. There was no diagnosis to be performed, I just said to the person, here's the thermostat, I want it in this room, can it be moved? He said yes, two options: run the wiring to that room or install a new thermostat with a wireless extra sensor installed at the new location. I paid the rep the $85 and called the business office to complain about the charge, but they stuck to the "diagnosis performed excuse' and refused to refund my money. Long story short, they made me pay for services I did not ask for. I will not do business with this company again not recommend then to anyone.
I had my A/C converted to a refrigerated unit 5 years ago by this company. From the 5 different companies I interviewed, got quotes from and gathered information, Leo from Aire Sytems LLC. was the most knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Aire Sytems LLC gave me a decent price, impressed me the most, and earned my business. Their after install yearly care and check up was on time and their team was professional. Only issue I’ve had with my unit in 5 years is a clogged condensate pump which I easily fixed. I highly recommend this company 👍🏽.
Great service by your technician Alex on 7/17/2020. He was able to diagnose and fix a problem with our refrigeration unit. Also, we are very happy with our maintenance plan (great value!) and we definitely intend to renew it.

Thank you Alex for your outstanding support. Alex is an impressive technician, he diagnosed the problem before using any equipment. He then brought out some equipment to confirm his prediction. Even after confirming what was wrong with the unit, he tested for other possible causes of the problem to make sure the issue would not come back. My AC unit was freezing whenever I set the temperature to 80 degree or lower. This issues have been happening since the end of summer 2018. I had two companies try to fix the problem, but they were not able to fix the issue. After calling multiple companies, I was not able to find a same-day appointment. I am happy I decided to call Aire System LLC. When you call, ask for Alex and I am sure you will understand why he is such a great technician. He even took the time to explain to me the science behind what he was doing to give me the piece of mind that I was in good hand. Thank you for your superior support.

Very satisfied with the work done by this company. Techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. I got an appointment the very next day I called and they showed up when they said they would. They are very courteous and knowledgeable on what they are doing. In less than an hour the tech WHO WAS TRAINING another tech got my air conditioner back up and running.
