My AC gave out during a 112 temp heat wave at 1:30 pm but thanks to Carlos and his team, my AC was back in running ASAP. Affordable price, professional service, and most important FAST service since I have a 6 month old baby in the house.
Carlos is just a call away. I called him on 4/20/2023 at 6 p.m. Said he would come over around 1 p.m. the next day. He showed up at 10 a.m. Turned out it was nothing serious thank god but he took care of the problem right away. His work is exemplary and his prices are fair. He is a great trustworthy gentleman. We will remain loyal customers.

Carlos and his crew are just great. I was out of town when the house sitter called me telling me that the air conditioner stopped working and so I contacted Carlos and he was able to fix the problem the very next day. Very prompt and professional.
Emailed the company at 7:30 am and received a response at 7:41. Came to the house at around 9:00 am and repaired my a/c. The house is cooling.
Carlos came on a Friday, gave us a quote and said he could install the next day. Arrived on the scheduled time and 45 minutes later we had A/C, for the quoted price. I had some other people do some work for us and the final price was well above the quoted price. Carlos was fantastic, honest and very professional. I highly recommend him for all you A/C needs.

I have been using Cool-Aid for a number of years. Carlos and his team are very professional and truly responsive. I know I can count on this team of professionals when I have a cooling or heating problem. Unlike other companies, they are honest and play no games. Their integrity is unlike any other. During this time of high inflation, they still maintain very reasonable pricing. I used them again this morning to replace a bad handler motor. Our AC unit started to go in the fall, which didn't feel much like a priority as the temps were getting cooler, but now that it's April, it's already back up near a 100 degrees, and I knew something had to get done. Back in October, I reached out to several HVAC companies for quotes on our AC--which was installed in 1974. I'm not even joking. So anyway, when it came time to make a decision, Carlos at Cool-Aid was the best choice I could have made. I texted him on a Friday afternoon, and it was installed the very next morning--on a Saturday. Everyone on the crew was kind and quick, and by the afternoon, my house was cool again. Thanks, Carlos! Not a day hasn't gone by when we haven't said how glad we were to go with your company.

Carlos and crew showed up and were able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than 10 minutes. We’ve called them a couple of times and I’m always impressed with how fast they are able to fix whatever needs fixing. Wouldn’t call anyone else. Awesome company!

Carlos and his friend were very professional, fast, on time and friendly! The AC condenser installation was very high quality ! I had issues with JC Air Conditioning out of Edinburg, I hired them to fix my A/C. After 10 days of going no where I decided to contact Cool Aid Air Conditioning yesterday at about 530pm. They answered the call for service that JC couldn't do, Cool aid came the next day in the morning at 9am and replaced the coil. Cool Aid went and got a new one for me, by 12 noon my ac was up and running with no issues. Thank You Cool Aid Aid Conditioning for yalls professionalism and good work ethics. 👏 From a scale from 0 to a 10 I give them a 10

Carlos has been my HVHC go to for the past 5 or so years. ALWAYS on time, curteous has great guys that work with him, goes the extra mile for his customers. Have recommended him several times to friends and will continue to do so. Could not ask for a better company!
Called Carlos at 7:10 am. Said I needed AC repair. Not blowing cool air. Carlos said he could be there between 1:30 and 3pm. I said I would be waiting. At 11:30 he calls and says he can be there in a hour. 45 minutes later he arrives. Does a quick trouble shoot, allows me to see his meter and says it is the capacitor. Arrival time to finish with cool air blowing 15 minutes. I told Carlos there were two reasons I picked his company. 1 I like to keep my money in my community supporting the small businessman. 2 the number of positive reviews. I will go to this company again should I need AC or Heating work. I will also recommend this company family and friends. Thank you Carlos.
