OMG they have been lifesavers. You know how this Texas heat can be. I have no tolerance for it and can’t live without my AC! I was referred to them by my friend who gave rave reviews. She also stated her parents have been going to them since the 90s so I was sold. I called them up and Blake came by. He was so nice and personable. As soon as I called and told him my issue he headed to my house to diagnose. He explained everything in detail and gave a very reasonable quote. Also, he applied for a manufacturer warranty on the parts he used. A+++ service. Would def recommend!!!!

Morrison Heating and Air was the first company that actually used the hose and cleaned our outside unit when doing maintenance. The other company we have used for many years never did that. Blake was very polite, answered many of my questions, and very thorough. I called him back for a duct work in our attic, and he came right away. He even went out of his way to figure out where a ceiling water leak came from, and made sure it is not coming form the furnace or the AC system. Their price is reasonable. I will definitely recommend them.
Morrison Heating and Air provides the best service I've experienced in a long time! They installed a new AC and Heating unit in Sept 2020 for us. Blake was extremely professional and efficient. He explained everything very clearly around unit maintenance and upkeep. On top of that, we had 2 instances over the past year where the unit stopped cooling- neither time was it due to the unit or the installation- 100% our fault- and he came out the same day to fix it! I would highly recommend!!!

My air conditioner was not working and I was referred to Morrison Heating and Air Conditioning. Within the hour, someone was at my door ready to help. The technician, Blake, was very knowledgeable. He had my air conditioner up and running in no time. I will definitely refer them to those I know. And yes, they are very reasonable.

They were able to repair and prolong the life of an older air conditioning unit, and when the time came to purchase my new, more efficient equipment, the experience was easy. We have used Morrison Air for new unit installs as well as all new duct work. They did an amazing job! My house stays cool and the units run great. They came up with a better layout for the duct which has made a big difference in the air flow. He answered all my questions and went over, in detail, what needed to be done. Prices are reasonable. I received quotes from two other companies and Morrison’s prices were very fair. The customer service was friendly and professional. I highly recommended using them!!!!!!
I'm sitting in a house they just put the ac in, mid day temps hit 80 inside, ac on and not blowing very cold and they wont fix it, fixing to call another company to come fix it
We hired this company to put in a brand new install from the electrical copper duct units etc. The vents are barely putting out air and its not as cold as it should be. They left a lot of things un finished. Had to hire another company to come look over it since they wouldnt come fix the problem. This is probably the worse i have ever been screwed over. Never again with this company.
I have been using Morrison Heating and Air for over 15 years. They actually installed my system when I built my house. I know John and Blake to be trustworthy and always can count on them to get my system up and running quickly. As a matter of fact, I just had an issue with one of my units not cooling. I called John about 9pm one night and the next morning by 10am they were here checking out my system. Blake figured out that I had a short in the wiring to my thermostat and he fixed it along with doing an annual service on both of my units. Thanks John and Blake Morrison
I called Morrison's Hesting and Air, to assist me with my heating issuses and they came and corrected the problem. They were very informative and polite. I would definitely use their services again.
Friendly customer service from a well experienced team. Didn’t try to yodel, just solved my problem and made recommendations for future consideration given my much older a:c unit. I’ll certainly be calling them again; my home is feeling much cooler already!
I highly recommend this company. Their technician Bryan was very knowledgable and more than happy to elaborate on all of my questions. I will be calling them if I ever run into any issues in the future. I will also be referring this company to my friends and family.
Called this company because my furnace was not working. I have a carrier system so it is very difficult to diagnose and fix (past experience). The technician showed up promptly and found the issue in about two hours. He then provided me with a breakdown of what it would take to replace the part and the cost. I gave him the go ahead and he pick up the part and had it installed in hours. The total service was completed in a day and my h vac system is now back up and running. He also serviced the AC to prepare for the Summer. I would highly recommend these guys to home owners. Thank you so much!
They replaced one of our church’s AC units 2 yrs. ago when the big companies weren’t available to do the job before our Sunday’s service. They are reasonably priced and very easy to work with. I would not hesitate hiring them again or recommending them.
They just put a new system in for us they were very fast and professional and I appreciate everything they did we have any problems we would use them again.
