The technician was helpful and was able to access our unit on our roof. Good timing too as the next day was the hottest day of the year so far and our AC worked wonderfully and kept us comfortable. Thank you!

I used Duncan's AC for all HVAC maintenance and repairs since and they are very knowledgeable and professional. Other companies wrote off the request or said it couldn't be done because it was too difficult to get a new unit on the roof, but Duncan's AC reps were knowledgeable and replaced the unit without hassle, and removed the old one.
Adam is very professional and has plenty of knowledge about air conditioning & heating; he offers great, fair prices and cleans up after the work is completed. Whenever I have a problem with my AC or furnace, I called Duncan's AC & Heating Repairs because I know that he will fix it right away and leave my home as cool and comfortable as possible.

Great service, Adam and Aaron arrived earlier than expected, but in the time frame provided. I needed the evaporator coil in my package system replaced. They work very well together! John had to go to the shop for a part and Josh continued working. The coil replacement would have otherwise taken much longer. After replacing the coil, they checked out my entire system, including the furnace. Everything was working great and still is! My only issue was with Lennox, my HVAC model, it took them months to get the new coil shipped to Duncan's AC & Heating Repairs. As soon as it arrived, I was put on the schedule for replacement! I purchased my Lennox system from another company, I did not trust them to be able to service and repair the issue I was having. I called Duncan's AC & Heating Repairs. I am VERY GLAD I did! I only wish I had called them before I purchased my system!!
