Winkelmans did a great job with our HVAC system. We moved into our new home just over a year ago and the system was over 25 years old. We weren’t surprised when the AC went out this summer, and Winkelmans was quick to get it up and running again! They even let us borrow a portable AC unit to keep us cool until our new one arrived. All the employees we talked to were very professional, especially Irving, David, Josh, and Omar. I would call them again in a heartbeat!
Josh was great took time to explain everything thing to me...they made arrangements to get my new unit in on a Saturday because it was so hot! Josh & Irving were great in and out really fast!! Left my house clean and cool!! Thank you Guys!!
Josh and Omar did a very good job on checking out my upstairs a/c to find out what the problem was. Josh was very good at introducing himself when he came to the door and explaining everything to me when he checked the a/c and found what was wrong. Omar was very polite also.
They just lost a 40 year customer. Two months of misdiagnosis and over charging for parts(one of which had nothing to do with the problem) and charging service calls because they didn’t stand behind their work the first time.
Big shout out to Brian and josh! I know they were super busy recently but they still made time to come fix my ac pump. I really appreciate them! They worked hard in the heat, but still got the job done fast!

Our technician Josh Collins was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He was very good at explaining the different units to me and what it would take to get us up and cooled again. I look forward to seeing him come back and just maybe we can hear him talk more about the Hoot Owl Ranch. Thanks Josh and Winkelmans Heating and Air.
Irving and Josh did a great job installing our new heating and air unit. They had the old unit out and new one in all in just one afternoon. We are very pleased with their work. They even took the time to secure our A/C unit outside on a new platform since the concrete under it was cracked. I highly recommend this team! Thank you!!

Irving fue rápido en llegar, atento y respetuoso con el espacio de trabajo. Puso manos a la obra y pronto llegó al meollo del asunto. Estamos muy agradecidos con el, ya que fue él quien se dió cuenta del verdadero problema que teníamos en casa, y sin dudarlo nos brindó la ayuda necesaria para solucionarlo. Cabe resaltar que no se fue hasta que estuvo seguro de que el problema (externo a su trabajo) estuviera solucionado. Sin duda recomiendo a Winkelman y claro que volvería a usar sus servicios.
